This is to bring a serious issue to everyone’s attention about this property . A group of 20 members from our family , including children, visited this property on January 2. We booked this place mainly because of the swimming pool for our children , but the experience turned out to be extremely distressing. The pool water was highly acidic. We collected a sample and had it tested, and the pH level was found to be 2.8, which is dangerously low. As a result, all the children were severely affected. They suffered burning sensations and rashes all over their bodies, including private areas, and we had to immediately take them to a nearby clinic. The doctor clearly stated that this was due to the poor quality of pool water. In addition, one child was unable to urinate for 2–3 days, which required treatment at another hospital at Ernakulam . We informed the hotel authorities about this matter at the same time and we also raised this issue to the property owners , but their response was extremely poor and disappointing . Even now, we have not received any proper explanation or clarification from them. This is a serious health and safety concern. Anyone planning to visit this property, especially with children, please be extremely cautious and use the facilities at your own risk because once an issue happens the property owners will not take an responsibility , instead we have to see our children suffering . Also we tried to put comments but the management have a strong marketing team who is managing to drown our negative comments with a lot of positive comments to hide their faults .
