棕櫚海灘熱帶酒店(Tropicals of Palm Beach)

Mycket trevligt boende på Palm Beach Island. Fungerar som ett lägenhetshotell med reception 24/7. Pool och pool-/strandhanddukar fanns. Gångavstånd till restauranger, strand och Publix (livsmedelsbutik). Trevligt område att promenera eller cykla i. Cyklar finns att hyra. Det finns även ett mindre SPA.

Nicely appointed and very comfortable and clean. I don’t like entry key pads that depends on screen lighting up as I find them very difficult. However I was able to request a key and that was great. This key pad issue is not unique to my unit as I have struggled with them at other locations around the country. Just give me a key and I’m happy.

Our room was amazing. Clean and bright with a great view. So many things within walking distance. Easy check in and check out. We will absolutely be back.

Property was ok. I would recommend removing the big tv stand. It takes up too much room the condo and replace the look. Really annoying trying to get the lock to open.

Dont arrive late, the "24 hour desk" is not manned 24 hours and the staff will wander away for 20 minutes at night.

We loved the historical architecture. Everyone was very hospitalbe and accomodating from the Reception Desk, teh Valet Stand, the Management.

Not a hotel so no amenities. Very clean but also very dated. Pool and surrounding area very nice.

The building is lovely, although under heavy construction through 2024 so -- noisy. The picture shown is not the room we stayed in, which was much smaller. Here are the issues: Ad says self parking in a nearby lot. That ended some time ago. So it's a question of finding one hour street parking or waiting for the one valet. Service is "free" but tips add up. Ad says kitchen facilities. There was a microwave. Ad says towel service. Nope. We got two towels on arrival, which never dried after first shower. No way to get new ones. Beach towels were already filled with sand. Ad says TV and WiFi. Bother were barely functional. Ad says clean. We had cockroaches. Left two days early.

Non refundable. Completely inaccurate descrption of property. Surprise emails after booking. Booked based on photos that were nowhere near what accommodation looked like. Will never stay again. Complete disappointment.
