The hotel is new and clean. We loved that toddlers ate for free at the restaurant. We had no issues with grabbing a seat by the beach. Location was convenient and it was easy to walk to nearby restaurants for dinner. The one issue we had was with the butler service. It was almost non-existent. We had to call like 10 times to get items ironed. At some point we just called for an iron to be delivered to the room. They brought an iron with residue on the back and we couldn’t use it. They eventually offered to take 6 items and ironed them. We got them back within an hour.

The property overall is mismanaged. We were given an “upgraded” room that faced dumpsters and construction. Then we were moved to an interior room with no balcony. The property overcharges for everything, including a resort fee of $100 USD a day for basically nothing. It was not worth the price and they did nothing to address our concerns the entire time there. I would expect management to do something to make our stay better especially considering how much we spent on the resort.

Celebrated my 50th bday here in March. We had an oceanview room, was very pleased with the view overlooking ocean, beach and pool area. Balcony was quite big! Really nice! Customer service very friendly and accommodating.They were on top of their game! Great choices for dining. Would definitely stay again but not in high wind season! The L shape design of the resort building causes the pool area to be super windy, not pleasant to enjoy drinks or swim in the pool, water felt pretty cold. Beach area felt a bit less windy, but it was a challenge to get chairs, seemed like you had to show up early to get them. The resort beach is pretty small to accomodate everyone.Other than that really enjoyed our stay!

Family 4 day trip Hotel is new and the property is beautiful on the water. I had a suite and a great balcony. The housekeeping was great especially with very young children.Food was average but very pricey (expected for a premier property). Coffee place was bad. Korean/ Japanese Upscale restaurant had very bad service no one came around to refill water or more drinks. The food there was unimpressive compared to the atmosphere which was really nice. I feel because the hotel was so new the staff the service staff was not great. No came around on the beach or pool often. I have been at other high end resorts in other countries and if not sure if it’s the service or culture but people are standing around everywhere looking lingering for a tip.

Folks - this is a St Regis property in name only ! The security in this hotel is alarming - they offer a non existent butler service ( 30 mins typical wait for morning coffee ) they also allow strays onto the beach area ( I have video of a dog laying in the $350 a day cabanas ) ANYONE can walk onto this property / calls to front desk unanswered / management is non existent/ painting in lobby on scaffolding at 9 am ? Too much too list. Also , their flag ship restaurant allows beach goers to photograph the sunset in their dining area unhindered. Non-guests are allowed to use beach and pool areas as there is ZERO security on the property . I predict this Marriott owned property will be closed just like the white plains ritz Carlton who over Estimated their market value / NOT WORTH the value at all!

We have been visiting Aruba for over ten years and have stayed at various resorts and hotels. The St. Regis Hotel was one of our first choices for our 2025 family vacation. The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, and the beach is truly beautiful. The staff is very friendly from the moment you walk through the doors. We rented a cabana, and the team member went above and beyond our expectations. The service was awesome! In contrast, we rented a Bimini, and the service was quite different from start to finish. Overall, the service did not meet the St. Regis standards. Lastly, consider installing palapas at the beach and implementing a scheduling system. I observed that many tourists arrived at the beach by 6:30 AM, laid their towels on the chairs, and then left for the day. This made it difficult to find available beach chairs. It's odd that, despite few people being in the water or using the chairs, all the chairs seemed to be "occupied".

It’s very disappointing we stayed in many other St Regis This one doesn’t even look like I feel like it was a Marriott. I will not recommend anyone.
