對於我一周的住宿費用來說，這是一個相當划算的交易。一個人以 1200 美元的價格出售了他那一周的份額，唯一的缺點是停車位非常滿，你必須四處尋找車位。幸好我沒有開車。躺椅警察還告訴我，躺椅不能放在海灘前面，必須將其向後移動三十英尺。在我換座位 20 分鐘後，距離我座位 30 英尺的地方，他們開始在海灘上擺放餐桌，這讓我很生氣。

This is a beautiful timeshare. There are some things that need improvement however. I stayed on the first floor in a two bedroom unit these units do not have washer dryer’s . people on the 1st floor have to go to the second floor to the laundry room if you want to do laundry. I was doing laundry mid week and when I went to the laundry room, I believe there were Three washers and three dryers. But out of those machines two were broken for the entire stay. I don’t know how long they have been broken. These need to be fixed or replaced instead of just having signs on them out of order. The other thing that was broken, was the air pump to fill your tubes by the towel desk. You had to go to the stellaris pool area and fill your tube. Also, the first floor does not have a trash closet. You have to go upstairs to the second floor for that also so people just leave bags of garbage out by their doors but I noticed no one collects it sometimes for 24 hours not only is it unsightly I was afraid of cockroaches and rodents. They need to do a better job as far as maintaining the property.

We had a great vacation at the Ocean Club. Luwis in activities water aerobics class was a great work out and so much fun. He is so entertaining and a really nice guy. The Marriott is lucky to have him. We are going back in December and I plan on tking his aerobics class again every day.

We always enjoy staying at the marriott surf and ocean club! Each resort providing different experiences, both exceptional. Both resort facilities were well maintained and staff very friendly. We would like to give a huge shout out to Louis our aquafit instructor who was so amazing and made the experience even better (please pass this on!). We love returning and would always recommend.

Ocean Café Restaurant Moments - Lourdes During our recent visit to your resort, we had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional hospitality at the Ocean Café Restaurant, thanks to Lourdes. From the warm welcome to her personalized recommendations and her Filipino heritage of hospitality, Lourdes made our stay truly memorable. It was a heavenly experience, and we couldn’t get enough of those mouthwatering gelatos throughout our stay. 😋 I eagerly anticipate returning in the future, knowing that Lourdes and the Ocean Café will continue to provide exceptional experiences and yummy gelatos / coffees. I trust that this review effectively conveys our profound gratitude for Lourdes’s invaluable contribution as the shopkeeper of the resort’s delightful coffee/gelato shop! Their genuine friendliness and dedication to providing exceptional service made our stay truly memorable. Housekeeping - Virginia We experienced a level of hospitality that truly stood out, and it was a testament to Virginia’s (Gina) Filipino heritage of warmth and friendliness. Gina, the Housekeeping Supervisor, not only maintained impeccable cleanliness but also embodied the spirit of Filipino hospitality in a way that left a lasting impression on us. Gina’s genuine warmth and hospitality were evident from the moment we arrived. Her welcoming smile and eagerness to assist made us feel like an honored guest. Hotel Security - Daniel I must commend the resort’s security personnel, especially Daniel, for his exceptional dedication to guest safety. Throughout our stay, Daniel displayed unwavering vigilance and professionalism. His friendly demeanor and approachable nature made us feel secure and valued. It’s evident that he takes his job seriously, and his presence added to the overall sense of tranquility at the resort. Kudos to Daniel for contributing to our enjoyable and secure experience!

Virginia was prompt , courteous and professional . She came immediately with all of the items and requests I had for each bathroom and was lovely and kind. One happy Island We are happy to be owners and beyond the wonderful weather and beauty it is kind caring people like Virginia that separates Aruba from other Carribian destinations !

We purchased an ocean view room. We got first floor looking at pool chairs. You need to wake up by 7AM to reserve a palapa. Even though it’s a public beach and the Marriott doesn’t own the palapas they disguise it by making you reserve “beach chairs” with a palapa number attached. If you take any other palapa then you are in confrontation with other guests who think they reserved the palapa and paid for it.

We loved our visit to Marriott Ocean Club on Palm Beach. The one bedroom villas are clean and spacious. The activities staff members are very engaging and made visits to the pool lots of fun. We especially enjoyed Luis and his water aerobics class. The beach is beautiful and only steps away from the pool area.

Daniel in Lobby Security greeting us with a warm hug everyday was exceptional as was Linda at the towel hut with her amazing smile everyday and last bit not least Jasmine , the friendliest at Atilla!!

I had a glorious massage on the beach at the Mandarin Spa hut. Viviana the masseuse was expert. She was gentle and quiet yet instinctively knew where my body was carrying tension and she worked on them. She used fabulous smelling oils that also contained ingredients that were good for my skin and hair, I paid for a full hour and it was worth it! I would highly recommend Viviana!

Well, I hesitate to write this review because each and every time I return to this fabulous resort there are more people. I have to admit it is still one of the happiest places on earth and a paradise waiting to be discovered. The the Marriott ocean club is one of the premier properties on Palm Beach. You’re sure to have a fantastic time.
