Habitación limpia, buen Wi-Fi, pocos empleados son amables con nosotros. El restaurante azul, cerca del bar húmedo, la mayoría de los empleados son cordiales. Ahora, en el restaurante más grande, el chef de cocina moreno, alto, que no estaba identificado, nos trató muy mal todos los días.

Hotel muito pequeno , com apenas uma piscina para muitos quartos, poucas opções de bares, fazendo filas, poucas opções de restaurantes, sempre sem vagas para reservar, quarto sujo

El hotel realmente la comida es terrible , menos el restaurante italiano y la atención del personal el general es buena pero para otros hoteles todo incluido no estan a la altura Y quiero realtor la atencion de Jayron , Carmen Chavez en el restaurante italiano y a los del lobby Armando , Doris gracias a ellos por havens la estancia mas tradable y el personal de las habitaciones muy bueno Pero la ecencia de un todo incluido como estoy acostumbrqda estan muy lejos de la excellence

The pool was very enjoyable. It has two hot tubs and the staff has entertainment during the day. The swim up bar is excellent. The bartenders work very hard and are quick with your drink. The resort is very clean and the staff is so helpful Cannot wait to go back.

Barcelo Aruba , it was an okay experience. I think they could do better they have potential. Five days that i spent there it was impossible to find a chair available by the pool. Buffet food very blah it didn't have a very variety. Been Aruba i expected to find more friendly staff members. When i booked my vacation i had asked for a two queen size beds. Never got it instead we a got a one kind size bed, when i spoke with the front desk the day of arrival i was told that they would try to get a another room and let me know. Never did. The one thing that i have to say is that the restaurants in the resort the food was very good. At aleast that. Definitely i love Aruba is one happy island 🏝 and i will definitely come back but i will stay in a different resort.

Absolutely loved our room. Everything was perfect wouldn’t change a thing and we will be back.

Check in and check out at the front desk was disorganized. No lines and was a free for all. Need to do better being more efficient here.

American Airlines cancelled my flight to Aruba so I wasn’t able to check in to this expensive hotel. I’ve repeatedly asked for reimbursement/ refund! This is not acceptable!

Overall the place was great, the staff was amazing. My only complaint was that there was not enough pool or beach chairs for how many guests they accommodate. Also, their restaurant selection isn’t the best but the buffet was great.
