為攜帶寵物的客人提供的住宿條件非常簡陋——遺憾的是，這在寵物友善酒店和汽車旅館中很常見。內部裝潢陳舊，設施也比較基礎。 床很舒服。 工作人員非常樂於助人且友善。 飯店內停車位有限，最多只有8個停車位。路邊停車位充足。 地理位置優越，靠近海灘和主街。

It is great for those travelling with pets as they are accommodated in some rooms. Literally across the road from the beach lovely surroundings with a great small restaurant specialising in prawns and seafood with a bar....the hotel has a lovely rooftop pool and spa and large balcony. It would be great for functions as well. Could do with a bit of sweeping up and furnishing to encourage usage, but otherwise glad it was there.

週六下午 4:00，接待窗口關閉……我看到一張紙條，上面寫著手機號碼，所以我打電話去接電話答錄機……留下一條訊息，然後開始四處閒逛。最後找到了一位管家，她說她會幫我辦理入住。給了我「唯一可用的房間」（是的，我已經預訂了），但這不是我預訂的。 歡迎來到101室！當您從前面進入酒店時，經過曾經用木板封起來的酒吧/餐廳，您將經過寬敞的大廳中的兩個公共廁所，然後您會找到通往 101 房間的門。明亮的燈光和噪音。那天晚上睡覺時經過大廳的每一位居民都是為了我！ 這塊黃金地段的「露台」是兩把戶外椅子，位於兩座 3 層樓高的建築之間的狹小空間內，只有十幾台空調機組在散發多餘的熱量，發出隆隆的聲音。 我預訂的房間的照片顯示這些房間位於飯店主樓和停車場之間的後面。那裡本來會更開心，但當我預訂我的房間時，只剩下五個房間了，所以我想我真的很幸運……不是一次愉快的住宿。 照片是我的煙霧偵測器。

Excellent value. Huge room and very clean.

飯店正在裝修，所以價格偏高。地理位置優越，允許攜帶寵物，房間是經濟型汽車旅館風格。

這裡是週末度假的好去處，靠近海灘和餐廳。

房間大小很適合兩位單身人士。有些地方有點灰塵。

除了電話裡那位樂於助人的女士詢問入住詳情外，沒有任何服務。 在那裡住了三晚，沒有補充咖啡、茶、洗髮精等（只夠第一天使用）……沒有乾淨的毛巾，最後一次上午10點退房時，前台也沒有人天。 除了地點之外，我沒有理由再入住......非常失望:( 我在東南亞住的是每晚 30 美元的房間，並且得到更好的服務。

周辺で安い宿なだけに凄く綺麗なわけではない、ただ必要最低限のものは揃っており虫が出たりということもなく、立地も良かったので安く泊まりたい人にはおすすめ。屋上にプールもありよかった、ただ扉が薄いので外の音はよく聞こえた。

優點： - 飯店位於海岸公路旁，周圍有許多餐廳和商店，步行1分鐘即可到達海灘。 - 步行2-3分鐘即可到達棕櫚灣太陽巴士站。 - 白色建築，氣氛宜人，並設有屋頂泳池。 - 在棕櫚灣來說，價格合理。 - 工作人員非常樂於助人。 - 雙人床很大，毛巾柔軟舒適。 缺點： - 大樓入口和前台下午5點關閉（之後需要使用鑰匙才能進入）。 - 早上9點前沒有人值班。 - 房間隔音效果差，可以聽到外面所有的聲音。 - 入口前的餐廳（？）關門了，乍看之下像是廢棄的。

AVOID!!! My husband and I stayed at this hotel a few years ago for the Cairns Ironman weekend. I'd booked the room well in advance and when I got to the room I was surprised that it was just a double room and not a 1 bedroom apartment that I'd booked and paid for. Not only that, the room was dirty. I went to reception several times, however there wasn't anyone there. When I got home I phoned the hotel but didn't get an answer. I left a message, which was never returned. I emailed several times and again no answer. I had a friend who had her booking cancelled that year the day before the Ironman - the hotel stated 'maintenance issues'. The next year I booked again, well in advance (only because of the limited accommodation at Palm Cove on the Ironman weekend). The week before I got a call from the hotel saying that they had to cancel my booking. We had to stay in Cairns instead that year. This year I was desperate for accommodation and again booked this hotel. I received an email from the hotel a week before the Ironman saying that due to unexpected maintenance issues, they had to cancel my room. I wonder if they accept early bookings, but then cancel them last minute so they can rebook at a higher rate. After this happened for a second year in a row I was understandably upset and thought I'd try to contact the property again to at least get a refund for the very first booking for when I booked and paid for an apartment but was given a double room. Still unable to get a reply from them!

I found the owners of this hotel to be very unprofessional and lie about their interview proccess for vacant postions .Even to the point of calling the hotel it self ,and not getting any response to phone calls. Experiencing all this in just the last 48hrs, i would not stay at this hotel . Nor would i recommend to anyone to stay or seek employement with this hotel . I feel future guests should know about owners like this as they could have an unpleasent experience with unprofessional owners with self entiled rules over comman people .
