Homewood Suites by Hilton Palm Desert

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and hot each morning. Clean and spacious bedrooms. Kids enjoyed the pool time which was complimented by the not to hot weather. Nice location not far from local stores. Walmart, Costco and restaurants just couple miles away which made it quick fast to grab a bite to eat and get to relaxing.

Lovely clean room and attractive lobby. Was a snag in getting the room I had chosen. I received a text saying the room was ready but it wasn’t when I arrived. Waited 30 minutes but was then told that the room I had requested, wasn’t available?? All in hall, it was a lovely weekend.

Hotel is located in University Park, food and amenities a 3 min drive away. Our room’s toilet flush and heater is not working and was moved to another room. Common areas are new, room interior needs an update.

Bathroom floor not clean. Kitchen table sticky. Breakfast a joke. Unkempt area , girl monitoring area could not have been more unaware of how poor service is. For a hotel over $200 a night worse this was the worst property of this type I have ever stayed at. Hilton should be embarrassed

Horrible experience. Came in really late after driving 5 hours and nobody was at the front desk - finally had to yell “excuse me” and someone came from the back. Power went out around 10 PM and it’s currently 330 AM and it’s still not on. Our food is going bad, it’s hot and stuffy in the room, just super sketch vibes. The room itself has stains and I just honestly feel disgusting and can’t wait to shower in the morning (let’s hope that works). Worst hotel stay I’ve probably ever had. Asking for a full refund for this unacceptable power outage. You’d think a hotel has a backup generator… wrong.

The hotel was comfortable for a one night stay. We were there to see John Meyer concert. The stairs were dirty and the carpet should be replaced as it is showing its age. The room overall was comfortable except for the bumpy pillows. Othewise it was an okay stay.

I show up and ********** sold me a reservation when i arrived there was no reservation found in the system i was late the event i was attending due to having to deal with the inconvenience i had to pay for a separate room out of pocket AGAIN one of the worst experiences i have ever had with a booking company i will definitely not be using them again or recommending them to any of my friend or family.
