Embarc 多年來一直是家庭旅行的目的地！這次我一個人玩得很開心！同樣很棒的體驗 :) 服務很棒。他們的員工願意在任何事情上伸出援助之手。未來幾年我會繼續來這裡。這是我第一次在非假期的一周來，這是有史以來最好的一次！這是和平和安靜的風景變化。前來入住 Embarc 的人們也總是令人愉快和友好。總的來說，一個保證愉快假期的地方。您需要的一切都在您的房間裡，如果您需要廚房沒有配備的額外廚房用品，只需打電話給前台……簡單！由於 covid，他們將用品存放起來以保持消毒，您可以在前台查看，這很有趣來打發時間。他們有台球桌用品、空氣曲棍球、泡菜球、籃球等等。您還可以選擇在他們的劇院放映哪部電影（必須這樣做）！強烈推薦這個地方！！！！

Beautiful, clean, family friendly and conveniences of all sorts. Games, movies, outdoor fun within walking distance inside the property. Pool just outside our room. Seating area on porch with fireplace. The amenities are endless. Grocery store and coffee shops down the road less than a minute away. Staff is amazing and friendly. I could not stay anywhere else now that we have experienced this place.

While I really wanted to like this place our experience was so bad we likely won’t return. I appreciate the concierge and security for trying their best to help and these issues are not their fault. But there’s a lot I must address. For one they require you take out your trash before checking out which is reasonable if the place was clean but we arrived seeing hair in the shower and scraps in the sink. The AC does not set below 70F and although we set it to that we constantly felt hot only to see the AC off & the thermostat reading 72F. The refrigerator has a loud ice maker that you cannot shut off without turning off the refrigerator itself. Even after turning it off we constantly heard loud tapping & creaking noises throughout our whole stay that kept us from sleeping. They only give 3 pillows for a king sized bed & all were too thick & firm for us to sleep with. We tossed and turned until 4am when I tried to see if we could get a late checkout or room change but my partner didn’t think it’d be worth it if the next room was the same. The front desk said they could bring us more pillows but didn’t know if they’d be the same & offered to let us checkout at 1pm or 2pm if we moved. I asked if we could decide in the morning but they said we had to move now. After getting pillows the front desk said they could only do 12pm checkout. I asked for a discount and only got the $35 resort fee back which is for using their amenities. How could we with no sleep?

I did not even stay since I was told I needed to be charged 200 dollars just to stay. Even though I already paid for room. So unfortunately me and my son didn’t get to enjoy the money I spent for the room!

Our family has enjoyed staying at Desert Willow over the years. We are happy the property is now a Hilton Grand Vacations once again.

I stayed in a 750 sqft room, spacious for the price, and it has everything you need in the kitchen. Driving to nearby business center was about 5-10 minutes. The hotel has 2 chargers for EV free for guests. 2 TV are smaller than many other hotels, about 32-36 inches but you can cast Netflix or anything on Chromecast. I don’t see this feature at other hotels. I paid through Orbitz in advance and got a discount which was lower than if paying at the hotel at the check in. I wanted to leave 1 day early but couldn’t because I paid through Orbitz. Orbitz agents tried to help me but could not talk to the hotel because they have a “policy … do not contact “. They suggested I talk directly to the hotel but the hotel said they couldn’t do much because I paid Orbitz. So, I got the runaround. Anyway I am happy with the stay, but wish Hilton Hotel and Orbitz could be more transparent in their policies online.

We arrived in our room and it was 100 degrees inside due to the broken ac. We stayed in the room for about an hour while they try to fix the ac. We ended up moving rooms. Staff was great. I just wish they did a room check prior to guests arrival to ensure the room is ready.

Nice, Quiet and relaxing trip. We stayed in building 27 with a very short walk to the pool. Was told they were at 100% occupancy and yet it was very quiet.

We have stayed at other similar type properties in the area and Hilton was far the best
