流浪者汽車酒店(Vagabond Motor Hotel - Palm Springs)

Ótimo hotel. Localização muito boa, perto de restaurantes e dos parques nacionais. Único ponto é que o quarto não foi arrumado nos dias que estávamos hospedadas, mas como ficamos poucos dias isso não foi um problema. E tenho certeza que se pedíssemos para a recepcionista iriam limpar. Fora isso um ótimo local com preço bom para ficar.

The property is in bad need of renovations. Our coffee maker did not work, and there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling. The staff was very nice, and accommodating and offered us a replacement room. The people we travelled with had to change rooms three times due to various issues.

Unser 2. Aufenthalt im Vagabond war ebenfalls gut. Das Zimmer war sauber und groß. Was uns nicht so sehr gefallen hat, waren die Hunde in der Poolanlage. Teilweise sogar ohne Leine herumlaufend und bellend.

Très bel hôtel en plein coeur de Palm Springs. Good vibes du désert j’ai adoré. Belle piscine!

Gute Lage, gratis Parkplätze, ruhig. Es war sehr gut.

The good and the bad. Let’s start with the bad. After driving over from Phoenix I was met at the front desk by someone who seemed preoccupied or disinterested. I forgot we gained an hour due to time zone change. I was told our room was ready but there would be an early check in fee of $25. So I drove around and hour then checked in. Room was on the second of three floors, fairly close to the swimming pool. Granted it was mid afternoon but I didn’t enjoy the loud, screeching voices of the young children in the pool. I would have told my kids to tame it down. I think the room above us had elephants in the room! Man were they heavy walkers and loud talkers! Cleanliness was ok? Bathroom didn’t seem sparkling fresh. The good…the beds were comfortable and free internet worked fine. Bottom line…I stayed on a Saturday and Sunday night. Total bill was $375. Place was worth $200-$250. I knew when booking this was not the Ritz, but I was hoping for a slightly better experience.

Perfectly servicable motor lodge, but its age shows through. Everything was decent, but never great. Biggest bummer was water pressure/temperature variation when trying to shower. Took forever for water to get hot, then when I got in it went from scalding to cold and back again several times. I could here flushing from other rooms when the temp would swing. I'd still recommend, just know what you're getting when you book here.

So far, best bang for the buck! Clean, low noise if any, beautiful views and great service. I’ll stay here again.

they have a hand written sign saying extra $25.00 if you check in before 2:00p.m., consequently there was a line of people waiting to check in. That made the desk clerk not so nice. The other two clerks that I encountered were nice My room was near the road and entrance to hotel. The place was not full, another room would have been nice. Chair was splitting at seam and had wear spots.The entire property seemed a little worn out. Poor selection of tv stations. Not easy to find. Not really close to anything.
