棕櫚泉希爾頓酒店(Hilton Palm Springs)

Always love staying at this hotel when we visit Palm Springs. Great staff, good crowd at the pool and bar, awesome bar tenders and just overall a wonderful time. Check out Thai smile which is only a few min walk from the hotel too, killer Thai food!

I would not stay here again with my children. I was surprised how NOT kid friendly this hotel was. We were placed on the 3rd floor, my toddler was running around in our room as toddlers do. It was 1:30 pm in the afternoon and I received a call from the front desk that we were being too loud. We had to MOVE rooms! It took almost 2 hours for the new room to be ready!!! Then when I was willing to give the hotel another chance, I took my toddler to the gift shop where there are tons of sparkly and shiny colorful children’s toys!!! The lady working in the gift shop told my toddler not to touch anything!!!!!! To top it off, we brought some frozen Mac and cheese for the kids to eat. I knew that there wouldn’t be a microwave in the room, as we stay in Palm Springs a lot. That’s tolerable because there’s usually a community microwave for the floor. I called the front desk because I couldn’t find the microwave and she told me I could rent one for $15.00!!

The person that checked us in couldn't find the reservation. She said that happens a lot with third party bookings, like *******. She said they didn't have any more rooms, as they were overbooked. I told her I was frustrated and couldn't believe that they didn't have my reservation. I've never had an issue with *******. She left me at the front desk for 20 minutes and someone else came back and said they found my reservation. Also did know that this hotel was under construction. Horrible sewer smell on the second floor hallway. Happy with the pool and bar area. But, won't stay here again.

We had three rooms reserved. One of the rooms had soiled towels in the room. The other two were not clean. The property has no security, anyone can get in from the front lobby and end up in the hallways. The overall condition of the building is in disrepair. I was very disappointed as we also had to pay $30 to park there.

Our stay was ok. During check in, they said self parking was $30 a night so we told them we weren’t interested and that we would park on the street instead. When the check out bill arrived, we were charged $60 total for parking for our 2 nights stay. My sister and her family also stayed at the Hilton with us. They paid the same amount and we’re in the room next door. Their room was double the size of ours. It was VERY UNFAIR because we paid the same amount and asked for the same room, not to mention we were there to celebrate MY HUSBAND’s birthday. The room was dirty and very dusty near the head of the bed. The floor had feathers on it. The pull out sofa bed did not have any sheets, nor were any provided by hotel staff. They did not provide turn down service. The servers by the pool were amazing. They’re the reason this review has a decent rating. Needless to say, we will not be staying there again.

Very nice. Close to downtown and ******. Great staff. Expensive but it was really nice. Should add NACS chargers as that standard is where all EVs are going rather than the CCS chargers they had on site. Would recommend.
