I regret my stay here !The room does not match the advertised photos, presenting as a small, with minimal natural light, with only two small windows near the front door without screens to open the window due to bugs at the end of a hallway. The air conditioner blows directly onto the bed, and the thermostat malfunctions, causing the unit to continuously emit cold air at a high speed directly at the bed. Additionally, the bathroom floor is improperly sloped, resulting in water accumulation and flooding during showers. The bed is uneven due to wear, impacting comfort. While the staff is friendly and the breakfast is good, and the outdoor pool area is well-maintained and nice. Not worth the price paid. See photos

Séjour parfait, c’est un petit hôtel calme, décoré avec un style bohème californien. La chambre est immense et le lit très confortable. Il y a une belle piscine et on peut se reposer dans des lits à baldaquin. Le p’tit déjeuner est servi par l’hôte de l’accueil. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. Le seul défaut, les rideaux sont très fins, du coup on voit le lever du soleil dans la chambre.

Le cadre, la décoration, la piscine et les installations. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et raffiné. Merci a César, Michelle et Evan pour l'accueil, la disponibilité, la gentillesse, les conseils et je n'oublie pas les deux femmes de ménages qui assurent une propreté et un professionnalisme digne des très grands établissements de luxe.

La location è favolosa! La camera è accogliente, spaziosa, comoda e pulita, dotata di ogni servizio necessario. Il giardino e la piscina offrono un’atmosfera rilassante! La colazione in cortile è altrettanto unica. Il personale è molto disponibile. La posizione è ottima per visitare Palm Springs.

Perfetto per un soggiorno in completo relax. Presenta camere spaziose, curate, pulite e dotate di ogni confort. La struttura è dotata di piscina e spazi per relax all’aperto. Il personale è gentile e discreto. Consiglio senza dubbio di soggiornare in questa struttura.

We loved our stay at the Dive Palm Springs. Everything from the decor of the room, as well as the layout & ambience of the pool/jacuzzi/garden area. Nayeli & Michelle were amazing! They were informative, helpful & had outstanding customer service skills. My wife & I would definitely stay there again the next time we visit Palm Springs.

Wonderful intimate hotel in great location. The young lady at the reception desk made our day with her enthusiasm. Beds super comfortable. Quiet even tho on the main *****. Cozy and charming. Simple, light breakfast, on-site parking. Little nooks to enjoy fire pit and pool.

Excellent staff! Wonderful, quiet, comfortable, private environment - both inside and out. Very clean and tidy! We've been there many times over the years and have never been let down. Always consistent. And they're pet-friendly! 🐾🐕🦺

We stayed here three nights and loved it. Our suite room was comfortable— linen sheets and all — and very relaxing. Nayeli and Michelle were always there to give restaurant advice, answer questions, or serve us delicious drinks by the pool.
