Room is very small. Towels in room and at pool are paper thin and worn. Lots of cosmetic issues. No hot water for 2 days.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Nice to be greated with champagne. The 3 hotels here are very cute. Check the room out when you check in and make sure it’s cleaned (the bathroom was slightly gross). Check the remotes, especially HVAC, to make sure there are good batteries in them as *all* of them were out of batteries.

Fun 50's vibe. Probably an amazing place when it's warm; the weather was cold for us. The hot tub was great, very close. Rooms all have floor to ceiling windows open to the pool, so not private unless you close the blinds completely. Our bathroom did not have a fan and was very wet and chilly after a shower.

This property is absolutely horrible! When I checked into my room I was overwhelmed by how outdated everything in the room was. The blinds were missing slats, the heat in my room (and two other rooms) wasn't functioning, the drawer in the bathroom was missing a section of it, the wood on the furniture was chipping, the closet door was broken, and the floor was in disrepair. I complained the next day and was moved to another room. The young man (Edgar) at the front desk was incredible. The young woman admitted that the hotel was aware of these problems but couldn't explain why they'd put someone in the room and charge for the stay. Despite the upgrade to another room I checked out a day early. I did write to the manager and never received a response. My advice ... STAY AWAY!!!!

Don’t stay here the only updated unit is the one they show in the pictures. Very poorly renovated. Should be called a motel. Not safe easy access to get into unit. Room has musty odor and shower drain has hair clogged in it. Nothing like the pictures.

Great location and lovely colors in room. The slat blinds were missing slats so had to use a sheet to cover window. Very little electricity outlets so had to dig to attach my computers. Bathtub drain did not close for bath. TV was going in and out. Room a bit cold and thankfully I brought blankets as hard to turn on heat and no one on site to assist.

Nice and clean. However pool lights were on all night so if you need complete darkness, this may not be the best choice.

The location is convenient and right by downtown with lots of options for dining and going out for drinks. The property itself is quiet but there is a parking lot behind the hotel and we were able to hear some drunk people walking through the area from our room. The room was clean, the mini fridge and microwave were a nice touch to make it seem more homey. There were minor things that could use updating like one of the floor panels in the restroom was messed up, the mini fridge freezer handle slides off and wasn't attached but not distracting enough to take away from enjoying our stay. The pool was heated and warm enough to swim at night as well. Overall I would stay again and my family enjoyed our time at this property.

Arrival was not great. We couldn't find where to park or the entrance. Eventually found out there is no entrance. Just parking on the street. We went to the front door. Rang the bell but no one answered. Eventually saw a note that we need to check in at a different hotel, which we didn't know where it was. We walked down and across the street with our stuff, crossing the busy road in the dark, car honking at us....found the toher hotel for check in! Grateful someone walked back over to the place with us and showed us our room. The room was fine. The staff at the other hotel that checked us in were friendly. The location is good. In the morning they have hot water for tea, but it must have been tap water. My tea was so bad I couldn't drink it. My husband liked the place better than I did.
