街からは少し離れていましたが本当に清潔で素晴らしい体験ができました。ホテル最上階からみる夕陽がとてもきれいで一生の思い出になりました！ サウナがあるので水着を持っていかれることをおすすめします。

Fantastic hotel, very central.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The check in was swift, friendly and courteous. My room was on the first floor facing the front of the hotel. It was noisy at times from people talking right outside but the room itself was as expected. On my first night, I was extremely disappointed when getting into bed to find a soiled comforter and bed that had a sour smell and stench. I was so disturbed given the room was supposed to be clean and this was a 5* establishment. The evening front desk staff was swift to help me find another room to sleep in while we waited until the morning to sort it out with management. I didn't sleep all night from the disruption. I later got into contact with management and was offered the upgraded room that I had slept in the night before which I appreciated. I was a bit annoyed to have to start my vacation this way and that no other compensation was offered for a lack of sleep on my first night. Aside from the disruption, the rest of my stay was incredible. The new was room was clean, orderly and toiletries were great. Turn down service with the bottled water was a nice touch. I really enjoyed the rooftop pool, especially when the weather was extremely hot and the spa was a major bonus. I highly encourage use of the spa after a long day. The location was great, away from the hustle of the core and just a short walk to everything including a a nice beach. overall, despite the first night challenge, I loved my stay and would return!

Incredible spot! Stayed at Es Princep for our honeymoon travelling from Canada and really enjoyed our two nights. Location is great, in a quiet part of Old Town and a 10-15 minute walk from Passeig Del Born. Staff and service at the hotel was outstanding, and the rooftop bar and pool is incredible. Cannot recommend enough.

Absolutely amazing stay! The staff was so friendly and willing to do anything to make the stay fantastic. Rodrigo was the best - got us a rental car, gave recommendations, and got us dinner reservations. The location was a 15 minute walk to the beach and about a 20 minute walk to main center of town. Rooftop pool was great, but if you get to the rooftop in the afternoon, most chairs would already be taken. Breakfast was fresh and delicious! Only minor complaint was on the shower as it would leak water on to the bathroom floor, but we used the towels to soak up once done showering. 10/10 would recommend and we will be coming back!

The Hotel room didn"t feel like 4/5 stars. The cheap sugar coloured turn down lollies were suitable for children not adults - I wouldn't even feed the cheap lollies to children because they're so toxic. No water available in the room until turn-down service. The room size was pretty ordinary. The spa pool was awesome. Nice views, staff were friendly, Sergio had a bit of attitude. We ordered crepes and the traditional baked beans on the breakfast menu and received pancakes and tinned baked beans - 2 star cooking, definitely not 5 star. No explanation provided about how to drive into the hotel car parking through the restricted laneways or access the Hotel lane when we paid hotel 35.00 per night for 2 nights of parking. No explanation provided about the spa access. Toiletries provided including shower gel were excellent. I was advised that breakfast would be 25 euro per day or 20 euro per day if taken for entire stay. My invoice showed a charge of 29.50, not 25.00 as advised.

We were here just for 1 night and found the staff to be friendly and attentive. A little difficult to reach the hotel using our navigation system as it is in a restrictive area. Location of the hotel is excellent in a quiet area.

Modern contemporary property with amazing pool and roof terrace. Food in main restairant in evening poor. Also not a fan of glass tpolet doors opening into the nedroom which all their rooms have but maybe thats just a preference
