Great Stay. Modern and stylish furniture, comfortable bed, and decent size room. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and location was very central, in acstreet full of restaurants and nice cafes. Highly recommended

Hemos estado de vacaciones en familia con dos niños pequeños el mayor de 3 años, nos han hecho sentir como en casa en todos los sentidos, en ningún momento nos han hecho sentir incómodos por los niños sino todo lo contrario nos han facilitado todo lo que han podido. Todas las chicas de recepción un amor,el personal del restaurante estupendo, a destacar la chica de los desayunos, gracias por todo. El desayuno estupendo con muchos productos típicos de la tierra, en el restaurante pedimos alguna noche y los salteados muy ricos. Las habitaciones muy prácticas, limpias y bien insonorizadas. La cama muy cómoda.La señora de la limpieza dejaba todo perfecto cada vez que hacía la habitación. El parking que usamos me pareció un acierto por la zona en la que está el hotel. Está muy céntrico y bien localizado tanto para ver el centro como para coger el coche y visitar otros sitios. En resumen, unas estupendas vacaciones en familia.

El hotel es precioso. La ubicación excelente. El desayuno tiene todo y mucho más. La terraza con una piscina con vista a la ciudad y las montañas te invita a quedarte ahí no solo en verano sino en todas las estaciones. El trato del personal fue muy amable, gracias Carmine, Petra y Alexandra por ser tan amorosas y ayudarnos con todo. Disfruté mucho estos días en Palma de Mallorca

Mi estancia fue una experiencia muy, muy agradable: todo era perfecto desde la llegada al hotel, mi habitación de lujo que me ofrecieron con terraza y jacuzzi, el desayuno, también la ubicación del hotel. No tengo dudas para volver algún día’ Hotel muy recomendable!!

Nous avons passés un super séjour. Des notre arrivée, l'hôtesse d'accueil (je n'ai pas pensé à demander son nom), nous a super bien accueillie, nous ne parlons pas très bien espagnol, un peu mieux anglais, l'hôtesse nous parlais dans un français impeccable, ce qui nous a bien aidé et bien rigolé ensemble. Merci encore. Nous avons loué notre voiture par le biais de l'hôtel. Loueur impeccable et honnête (surtout ne pas hésiter à passe par eux). Concernant la chambre tout était impeccable, le confort, la propreté, rien à redire. La piscine géniale pour se délasser. l'hôtel est bien placé pour visiter Palma à pied ou en bus. Place d'Espagne à 5mn à pied, qui dessert la navette aéroport et pleins d'autres lignes. Super pratique. Vous pouvez réserver une chambre sans hésitation, vous ne serez pas déçu.

Ravie d'avoir pu vivre ma première expérience à Palma de Mallorca dans cet hôtel. On a tout de suite été bien accueillies, conseillées et orientées. Le personnel est très à l'écoute. Les chambres sont superbes. L'hôtel est situé dans une ruelle très sympa, calme mais remplie de restaurants et magasins. Une bonne énergie y circule toute la journée. Un rapport qualité prix unique aux Îles Baleares. À 10 min à pieds de tout ! Une belle balade pour arriver au centre de Palma. Impossible de s'en lasser. Le personnel a tout fait pour nous mettre à l'aise, et en sécurité. Merci à Isaías pour son accueil et ses conseils. Merci à Martina pour ses bonnes énergies et sa douceur. Merci à Fabiana ainsi qu'à toute l'équipe de nettoyage (l'hôtel est toujours impeccable). Merci au personnel du petit déjeuner ! Et une mention spéciale à Adrián, qui nous a permis de terminer notre séjour sur une note spéciale. Nous n'étions pas véhiculées, alors il a fait en sorte d'organiser notre séjour de la meilleure des façons. Il a booké pour nous toutes les activités qui étaient sur notre liste ! Nous avons pu visiter les plages, restaurants et autres activités dont nous lui avons parlé. Merci à toute l'équipe, Vous avez rendu se séjour unique ✨️ Nous avons hâte d'y retourner !

We were booked for may partners birthday and planned to come for 4 nights, non-refundable. Unfortunately we had to cancel first 2 nights. Hotel offered refund for 1 night but when we arrived, despite paying for the night before, we couldn’t check in as the room was not ready. I sent email to management and the answer I got: “I do not really get you mention you could not get an early check-in when 11:30 is way earlier than the 15:00 check-in time.” Yes, it would be if we didn’t pay for the night before. We didn’t get the rose petals nor bottle of cava in the room. The point of ordering it in advance is to have it waiting in the room, not to go downstairs to ask for it. Otherwise I could just order it from the bar. Hotel staff are very nice and helpful but they are straggling with maintenance of reception and breakfast area, cleaning rooms after big groups, our was cleaned at 4pm after we requested, so quite late. Also, bare in mind there may be some cockroaches in the room, we had 2, the management explained that “At this time of the year, the area sewages are normally disinfected by the city hall and therefore we always have a very few of them finding their way out of the streets. I can however assure you that it was a one-off in your room. It probably came through the terrace and not from our facilities”. So few of them in the room may happen. The terrace with spa bath is great, good size and nicely private, but if having the balcony means cockroaches in the rooms than I pass.

Zentrales Hotel in einer guten Lage. Personal war zuvorkommend. Frühstück war gut und abwechslungsreich.
