地平線家庭旅館(Horizon Homestay)

Très agréable, jolie, et authentique chambre d’hôte, avec une vue magnifique sur la ville dommage que le ciel était couvert nous n’avons pas vu la chaine des Annapurna. Notre logement est très propre et un accueil exceptionnel, à notre arrivée ils nous offrent un thé finement parfumé aux épices. C’est un couple charmant, généreux et attachant, attentif à notre confort. Madame est un vrai codon bleu les confections de repas népalais divinement bon surtout les momos sont à tomber raide les meilleurs que nous ayons mangé au Népal. Les petits déjeuner sont aussi bons que les repas le tout pris sur la terrasse avec cette vue magnifique. Nous sommes reparties avec de beaux cadeaux et la bénédiction hindou. C’était un grand moment d’émotion. Oh ! oui ! bien sur nous recommandons cette maison d’hôte et nous mettons la note de 10/10. Bravo continuez !

Klasse Homestay mit wahnsinnig sympathischen Betreibern. Und ein guter Ort, um andere Reisende zu treffen. Am besten sind die beiden Räume oben. Aus meiner Sicht extrem empfehlenswert - beste von neun Unterkünften meiner Nepalreise 2023.

Ci siamo letteralmente innamorati di questo gioiello a Tansen . I proprietari sono due persone squisite , che ti fanno sentire davvero a casa . Anche la loro cucina soddisfa il palato e scalda il cuore . Stanze pulite , accessoriate di tutto il necessario e con una splendida terrazza coperta a disposizione con vista mozzafiato.

Very Nice location, clean and warm vibe. The food was also very nice. The staff were very helpful and shared tips to the highlights of Tansen. Also nice to meet other travelers if you are traveling solo. You can also enjoy a great view from the room balcony. Totally recommend!

One of the best hospitality that I have experienced in Nepal. Homely a**osphere and friendly people. It is truly a home away from home. Would highly recommend if you are travelling to Tansen.

Wonderfull place ! I stayed 2 nights there, the view and peoples are so nice, helpfull and truly listening :) The homestay is very closed to the forest, tansen is a very cute village, it was a pleasure to let myself walking in old street, admire authentic houses during the golden hour... I highly recommended !!

Great comfortable homestay with good wifi and amazing hosts. Tansen is a pretty city and a convenient stopping point going south from pokhara. Not TONS to do there, but very peaceful and good for a day or 2 (supposedly a good stopoing point on the way to bardia NP too). Dani and Janaki were incredibly nice and showed me around the town. I ate lunch with the family and had a great stay. Would recommend coming here to others (though maybe don't go to Lumbini like I did)

*Real homestay. If you take time to eat, to speak with the people living here you would learn more about Nepal than reading tons of books. *Rooms are perfectly cleaned, maintained. It's not "rustic" at all. All the confort is here (homestay doesn't mean rustic). *Tansen is a great city to spend several days. Quiet city with lot of things to explore in countryside around with tons of talking with people. Just sit somewhere in a saturday to understand the true Nepaleese kindness. *I came for 2nd time here fearing that maybe the fantastic memory of my 1st stay would be 'damaged'. It was the opposite. The more you take time with them, the more you love them. Even if you stay just one night, they would try all possible to make your stay pleasant and interact with you. Each day you are with them you build true relationship of confidence. Even if they have tons to do (the guests, their own family life, their projects etc) they would always take time for you. *I know it's not always easy when we prepare travel to choose how long to stay in which city etc. Not a lot of informations on internet (maps not updated etc) about Tansen so often small transit stay... If you have any doubt about your holiday program, choose to stay in the homestay community here instead of being elsewhere in an impersonal hotel with no more to do. Staying with them give you much more.

Dhani and Janeki who run the Homestay are by far the friendliest, kindest, heartful and most welcoming people I have met so far. They will make you feel at home, make sure you don't miss anything and do their best to ensure you have an amazing stay in Tansen. The rooms are all very clean and very neat from which you can enjoy one of the best views in Tansen. The showers are hot and a good wifi! The place is so nice, calm and relaxing. Tansen is an authentic town with old architecture and good local walks. You can enjoy the walk in the forest just behind. It is a warm family and it is good to find humanity. When I return to Tansen, without a doubt, I will be staying here!
