I specifically picked this room for the jetted tub and it did not work. The employee at the counter was very nice, but didn’t know how to make it work. The mattress was sunk in on one side. It was just disappointing about the tub. I could have gotten a cheaper room instead of paying extra for it.

First of all I had already paid for my room and could not get it refunded, my children were looking forward to getting to swim but upon our arrival there was a sign that the pool was closed for maintenance. The room was absolutely not cleaned prior to our check in. There was food crumbs, hairs, and an unknown large black mark on the sheets. The microwave was DISGUSTING probably hadn’t been cleaned in the last 3 guests. When I sent my spouse to report all of this to the front desk he was gone for about 30 minutes and returned stating the staff was nowhere to be found. There was obvious rotting in the ceiling from water damage. I will never stay at this holiday inn again and I had higher expectations for a Holiday Inn having had stayed in some very nice ones before.

No pool or jacuzzi , did not clean rooms or replace towels for 3 of 7 days , no reduction in price for degraded services

The pool and work out areas were both closed. The beds were not comfortable and the trays of food for breakfast were empty for over 30 minutes. When someone finally found the attendant, she took a few minutes and replaced the eggs and brought out 2 trays of cinnamon rolls, with only one roll on each tray. We left and went someplace else for breakfast.

The breakfast was very good and all the staff were friendly.
