Excelente todo pero todo comida, habitación, atención y la vista 😍

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté l'amabilité de l'équipe. Bien que les installations puissent bénéficier d'un rafraichissement (principalement dans la salle de bain), l'hotel en soit est propre et l'extérieur est très bien entretenu. Nous avons eu la chance d'observer 4 perroquets libres en nous rendant prendre le petit déjeuner. Le prix sur Expédia est toutefois trop cher par rapport à la règlementation locale. Nous recommanderions de réserver directement avec l'hotel. Le point négatif majeur pour nous a été une erreur de communication. La personne à l'accueil nous a informé d'un prix pour le shuttle collectif offert vers l'aéroport à payer en argent. Le moment venu, la nouvelle personne nous a informés que le prix était le double, ce que nous n'avions bien sûr pas prévu puisqu'il s'agissait de notre dernière journée au Guatemala. Cela a créé beaucoup de frustration de notre côté.

La habitación no tenía aire acondicionado, hacía un calor infernal. Había muchísimas arañas y la cama se desarmaba constantemente lo que hacía que el colchón se cayera a cada momento. El desayuno carísimo y ofrecían un menú por variado. Además, hasta las 2 am hubo un ruido que no dejó descansar por qué había una boda en las instalaciones del hotel. Nada recomendable este hotel

I was injured by one of their staff. We rented a kayak and the staff pushed my kayak too hard causing me to fall in the lake and hit the big stones underneath. I also swallowed dirty lake water. The staff who did this even laughed when I fell. I have everything on video by the way. Instead of helping me, he laughed at what he did. I asked for a supervisor who came to talk to me almost 2 hours after the incident. He didn’t offer any help whatsoever. If you’re staying at this hotel, expect to be treated like garbage. The treatment of the staff outweighs the view of this hotel. Don’t be fooled by the views as it is nice but the treatment of the staff will offset this. This happened on my birthday weekend in front of my friends.

Las mejores vistas y el mejor hotel en Atitlán Hotel espectacular, jardines perfectamente cuidados, vistas al lago impresionantes. Un servicio de primera, personal amable y siempre buscando la perfección. Comida deliciosa. Un ambiente inmejorable.

En general, consideramos que la estadía estuvo bien, pero creo que pudo haber estado mejor. Notamos que al turismo internacional le dan una mejor atención que al turismo local, en especial a la hora de la cena. Asimismo, observamos que muchos turistas que se hospedaban en el hotel, tenían dificultad en comunicarse con el personal, ya que no les entendían y los dejaban abandonados hasta que llegara otro compañero. Por otro lado, la limpieza de las habitaciones puede mejorar, ya que las toallas estaban con manchas y daban una apariencia a que estaban sucias.

I had bugs and water problems in the first room. They moved me to a new room and it still had bugs in the room and in the bathroom. I’m not sure if it was because I had a room on the bottom floor but I hate bugs. Over all nice and safe hotel

The property is very dated, and in need of repair. As for the restaurant, the food was not good. One of us got food poisoning and spent the last two days in the room. Very unsatisfied. Asked for a doctor, reception desk informed us to take the person to town.
