Very good location

Hotel com quartos muito limpos, com uma vista fantástica sobre o rio e um staff muito prestável seja da recepção, bem como do restaurante e da limpeza dos quartos e muito eficiente. Encontra-se muito bem localizado na cidade de Panjim. Sem dúvida que recomendo a quem pense vir a esta cidade. O pequeno almoço no restaurante do hotel é bastante bom. Em resumo, uma experiência muito agradável no the Crown Hotel Goa.

Enjoyable stay at the Crown Goa. Fontainhas is a very short walk from the hotel, I had a great twilight hour exploring the whole area on foot. Rooms are spacious with luxurious furnishings. Bathroom was spacious with updated fixtures and bedding and linens are expensive and extremely comfortable. Service staff is attentive and courteous. All requests are handled promptly. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Hats off to the chef. Staff at the restaurant was very good as well. Omlette, dosa and Chai were customized exactly as I had requested. There is an in house ******, spa, mini library, Jacuzzi and swimming pool.

Best place and best Reception team. Food quality is also good. Enjoyed Goa alot. Highly recommended to everyone. It is in the heart of the city.

I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience at The Crown Goa compels me to warn other travelers. This hotel is nowhere close to 5-star standards. The corridors were smelly, and the room I was given was dusty, mouldy, and looked like it hadn’t been deep-cleaned in ages. There were clear signs of neglect — from stained upholstery to visible insect presence. The staff seemed poorly trained and lacked the professionalism expected at this price point. The gym was a joke – poorly equipped and extremely unhygienic. Goa has far better options at this price. Avoid

It was amazing stay in the hotel Crown Goa. The staff was really helpful, receptionist Merline and Rohit was very much polite and helpful. The breakfast was amazing with various spread. Sanam was very good at accommodating the guest to your hotel. Housekeeping staff is very good at their work. View from the room is amazing. And swimming pool is very clean. Truly loved my stay.
