巴拿馬城維多利亞套房酒店(Victoria Hotel and Suites Panama)

During our stay, we noticed the curtains and lampshade in the room were disappointingly dirty. While most staff members were friendly, one front desk staff handled a situation with a soiled pillowcase unprofessionally. Although we were willing to pay $10 each for replacements, addressing the issue by calling us to the front desk instead of discreetly visiting our room was awkward, especially with other guests present in the lobby. Additionally, the room was booked for three guests, so consistently having to request the third towel and coffee cup was extremely inconvenient. Despite these issues, the overall stay was satisfactory.

The property can use some work as the fixtures in thr barhroom are falling apart and the doors are tight to open and close. The breakfast was great, lady at the front desk with the red hair was exceptional! She made up for any inconveniences...she ensured we received a refrigerator, iron, board and hairdryer which weren't in the room and also alowed us a room a little earlier as we were extremely tired from flyin all night. Pool area is lovely and everything is walkable. Didnt like the rolling beds and they kept rolling around...

I totally recommend this hotel, its close to everything you need, its pretty and clean, and the staff is always willing to help with anything you need, even security gard is willing to help, They were very friendly and kind.

L’hôtel est bien situé et le lobby est beau, La salle de gym est désuète, la piscine minuscule et aucun service au toit( pas de serviette) Les plafonds sont mouillés et plein de moisissure, aucune eau chaude, sur climatisé n’a qu’un mode, Hi et 18º donc soit on a chaud, soit on gèle

Que tiene piscina arriba y las vistas son buenas; es céntrico. Lo que no me gusto fue el alrededor, que no tiene nada que ver con el hotel en sí, y ver como una Vía tan transitada años atrás, ya no tiene esa vida de antes.
