Es un bonito y cómodo hotel, excelente ubicación, tiene piscina en el noveno piso y mesitas para sentarse a tomar algo disfrutando de la vista. La habitación es cómoda y limpia, el baño también. El área de restaurante es bonita y acogedora. El desayuno está incluido y nos pareció muy bueno.La tarifa es accesible. Sin duda volvería, recomendado.

La limpieza de las habitaciones es terrible, la piscina igual, es más una alberca que piscina, la terraza no es tan linda como se ve la fotografía, el gym un espacio abandonado y feo, nada que ver. Iba a bajar una almohada del closet y había una camiseta usada en el fondo llena de polvo, polvo hasta en el teléfono, caminé descalza y los pies me quedaron sucios, paredes rayadas, espejo manchado, bajo la cama mucho mugre, realmente no me gusto para nada este hotel

Beautiful new hotel, rooms and property were very clean. Perfectly located in financial part of the city. Very easy walk to the store or bank if needed. In a previous review I read mentioned no English at hotel , this is not true all shifts and hours of the day there was someone who spoke English if needed. But Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Roof top pool is very chill perfect spot to watch a game or eat with friends and family. Pricing was fair and offered a lot when compared to other local hotels. Free breakfast buffet in morning which I was impressed with. Great views of the city from roof at night.

An amazing place to stay, very unique and friendly, food is great and staff it's awesome I truly recommend it.

The Mio Hotel is in the heart of downtown Panama City, Panama, a relatively international city. Certainly, it is a popular tourist destination of US citizens. When I booked reservations online, little did I know this is a Spanish speaking ONLY hotel. The staff has little to no comprehension of English at all. It’s nearly impossible to get an answer to basic housekeeping questions or local directions. They do not even offer one English speaking television channel. Makes staying here, and in the city, inconvenient & uncomfortable. Hope this helps someone else from making the same mistake.

Great for the price. Location and breakfast stand out. The only thing to improve it would be hotter water in the shower. But great stay would recommend.

BITTE NICHT BUCHEN 1. Haben wir nicht die gebuchten Zimmer bekommen und müssen nochmal umziehen 2. Mussten wit deutlich mehr bezahlen als den Preis, der bei Booking angegeben 8, wegen Steuern (bei anderen Hotels in Panama war das nicht so) 3. Die Duschen sind eiskalt 4. Es gibt seltsame Flecken auf dem Bett und einen riesigen auf dem Nachttisch 5. Die Handtücher stinken 6. Das Frühstück ist eine Frechheit: es gibt Toast, kaltes Rührei und eine strenge Aufpasserin passt auf, dass man ja nicht mehr als ein ekelhaftes fritiertes Bällchen nimmt, alles wird aus einmal Besteck gegessen in einem fensterlosen Raum auf wackeligen Plastikstühlen mit Knastatmösphäre (das brauchen sie sich jetzt auch nicht auf die Umbauarbeiten rausreden, das hätte man trotzdem besser machen können). Die Qualität des Essens ist absolut minderwertig, die der Getränke ebenso. 7. Einer von 2 Aufzügen ist dauerhaft kaputt 8. In den Zimmern ist es abartig kalt und ich musste mit Hoodie schlafen, obwohl die Klimaanlage aus war. 9. Räume sind schlecht isoliert, man hört alles vom Gang oder den Zimmernachbarn 10. Es ist den Preis absolut nicht wert. Fazit: Ich kann nicht verstehen, warum das Hotel eine 4 Sternebewertung hat und geh jetzt erst mal irgendwo einen richtigen Kaffee trinken! Das Hotel hat uns echt den Urlaub versaut!

Unfortunately, i didn't have a good experience with the man in thr front desk on Saturday Feb 18 in the morning. When i booked this hotel said that include thr transportation to the airport, i showed it to him and with a bad attitude he called an uber to cover it

I checked in and in about 1 hrs , I was told the room was sold , a family w Children was also victims The manager promised a room in other Hotell , this was not true I spoke to the owner and he played there Wes others to be blamed , I booked paid and got a ok confirmation from Hotell

everthing was great. a few times we wanted to go somewhere and needed a taxi, the young lady at the front desk arranged an uber. we thought that was going above and beyond.

The hotel is still not completely finished. The breakfast is being served in the room, where it is cold by the time it gets there. The WiFi did not work for the whole day or two. The TV was nor working either.
