Beautiful, peaceful place. Staff was very efficient n supportive. Food was yummy. Rooms were clean . Overall a good experience. Lots of peacocks n peahens were roaming behind , visible from room window.

We were particularly impressed by the attentiveness of the event staff,the professionalism of the catering team A special thanks to Ms. Kaur and her team for their dedication and commitment to making our event a success. Their professionalism and positive attitude truly made a difference.We will definitely consider Holiday inn again for future events and would highly recommend your hotel to others. We stayed at Redwood resorts with family for 2 days for a ring ceremony. Our experience was not good. The management did not fulfill the commitments regarding food menu, decorations and service. There was some rain and roof of two rooms started water dripping. Food menu and high tea menu did not have all the items. There is only one small lift which is never available to guests as hotel staff keeps using it. Our rooms were changed at last moment causing discomfort and embarrassment. Decoration was below par. Hotel agreed to our complaints but charged full amount. Unethical people.
