優點:1.地方看起來很新。牀單和毛巾也是新的,感覺很高檔。2.早餐很棒特別是熱巧克力。3.前台人員很好,反應靈敏。4.Wifi和水壓都很強。5.私人管家觸摸是一個獎金。缺點1.豪華別墅,應該是4人,挺小的。它更適合2人。2.水療價格挺陡的。3.Plunge池很小。管理層應該考慮讓它加熱,否則客人不會發現它有很多用途。4.我知道它是一個生態度假村,但更多的景觀會使它對客人更具吸引力

On april 5 at 10pm i called their reservation front desk to confirm if theres available room and also our company discount. I wasnt able to get the name of the front desk who answered my call but instruction me to send sms of my info. On April 6, i went to the hotel to early check in but the apologized because if cannot see my name on their reservation list. instead of declining me, front desk personnel YNA made a way to look for available room for my family 💖 Im just so happy of their effort for going and beyond. Its my first time staying on this hotel and sury will come back. I love their rooms, and pool, their Buffet area is superb. The only thing i dont like is their Bathroom, it becomes flooded when u take a bath Lol. The sink is not fixed. aircon should not be centralized u need to call front desk to adjust the temp.

我喜歡: -工作人員很友好,非常樂於助人 -房間很大 -牀很舒服 -毛巾很新鮮,質量很好 -浴室很好 -水壓很好 -景色很好 -物有所值 改進的事情:-工作人員相互溝通,應該有統一的知識和信息 -早餐是冷的(內部廚房尚未運行) -201室由於附近的工作人員季度/洗衣而吵鬧,早在凌晨4點我們聽到吵醒我們的噪音。總體來說是一次愉快的住宿。是一個超級新的度假村。

A fantastically built and well maintained hotel. Very clean, close to all local attractions. Friendly and helpful staff and very good local food. We visited three similar locations in the area before booking and this was by far the best.9/10

I’ve been to Levo Hotel on business 4 times in the last 6 months. The hotel facilities are quite new (although lacking a gym) but the processes seem to be a bit immature. As a result, there are some issues with the service as listed below. 1. Check-out is unreasonably slow. I recommend allowing 30 minutes for the checkout process. 2. The hotel charges a cash deposit of 2500 Pesos against the minibar, then housekeeping will manually check the contents of the minibar during checkout. Twice (of my 4 visits) they have tried to charge me for minibar items which I did not consume (perhaps due to a poor job of restocking). In both cases this took several phone calls to managers to resolve while I was made to wait. I highly recommend taking time-stamped photos of the minibar contents upon checkin in case this should happen to you. 3. They issue a paper receipt for the cash deposit. It is required to retain this slip of paper in order to be reimbursed. Do not lose it. All that said, there is literally no other decent hotel nearby, so you probably have no choice but to stay here. Hopefully the above advice helps you avoid most of the potential pitfalls with the service.

DDarren HWell don't know where to start with this place. Yes on arrival they were warm, the room was clean. That's the good part. As advertised this place stated that it's nearest beach was 0.6km away. That's a total lie. Its nearest beach if you don't want to pay for a boat trip is bolo beach a 30minute tricycle ride away. They offered a tricycle to us for the price of 1500peso which I thought was expensive. (walked 100 yards up the road 600peso) and the driver waited all day for us. In a nutshell this place isn't near anything unless you want to pay a tricycle or a boat trip to the hundred islands which I will say is beautiful but costly. Next this is meant to be a transient house with use of facilities. On using the kitchen we noticed straight away from day one there was a rat problem. Droppings on the kitchen worktops that were there for days (until I complained to agoda as the staff here totally ignored my complaint) when complaining I explained that we wouldn't be using the kitchen anymore as we felt it unsanitary and it really did put us off cooking anything in there. My partner saw rats in there on 2 occasions. I then contacted agoda as I wasn't getting anywhere with the transient staff even asking politely on numerous occasions to talk to a manager I was blanked and told there wasn't one and the owner was busy. Agoda then took my complaint with photographic evidence and I explained we wanted to depart 11 days earlier than we should have been and if possible I'd like to be refunded on the remaining days. Agoda then contacted the transient house and the next thing we got a knock on our door and was told that because we had made complaints we must vacate the room immediately. No warning nothing just go. I again contacted agoda as all we had done was follow what the carribbean transient house had told us to do. ( you made your booking with agoda not us. Take your complaint to them). We left withing 15 mins and I didn't get any kind of refund. So they kept our money for services that were never used. Not once did any management or owner approach us with any response to our complaint. So there you have it. Yes the rooms are clean but as for your kitchen it's rat infested. I'd not eat a thing from there and if you expect a little decency when trying to state this fact politely don't expect a reply your be ignored. I've travelled extensively in Asia and yes the hundred islands here are beautiful but this place is a no no. I'd give it a swerve if you value your health.

訪訪客Very affordable and right at the junction of the Five Star bus terminal. Most importantly, the only true pet-friendly hotel in Dagupan! Pros: 1. Price point - range is $20-$50 2. Good location - in front of Five Star, 7-11 downstairs, Mercury Drug is across the street, SM is a 5-minute walk 3. Amazing staff - They were friendly and welcoming. They insisted on carrying our bags. Check in and check out was a breeze 4. No pet fee - had 2 dogs and no extra charge 5. Surprisingly clean for an old room. Had no problem walking barefoot on the old and dingy tiles Cons: 1. Rooms could really use some fixing and refreshing. It was unimpressive at first but had to remind myself the good deal I was getting. They have an LCD TV, AC was working fine, and had a hot cold shower. As a pet owner and having to pay no pet fee, can’t complain as the room was sufficiently clean and served my need. 2. Road noise. It wasn’t terrible but more like filtered sound. You can still hear it but can be an issue for a light sleeper 3. Limited parking space. Only 2 slots available in front of the 7/11
