It is a nice property and location is also decent, service is slow and overall okish stay as we don’t have enough hotel options in panipat. Please take care of the personal belongings from hotel staff

Dirty, filthy room - despite booking Executive Room. I spent 1hr cleaning using disinfectant wipes and the amount of dirt I removed was crazy. The pillows had lovely fresh slips, but under the slip was yellow colour from someone elses sweat, and bloodstains. They do not replace toiletries and bathroom had black mould all around the tub and wall. Power blackouts 6 times so far in the last 24hrs. Room keys not working on occassion. Lift inactive so had to climb 12 flights of stairs to reach room. Breakfast has zero options for non Indian except toast. This hotel must be paying for its' reviews (as is common practice) as it is realistically worse than a roadside truckstop motel.

Worst Terrible. Writing while staying. Most horrible hotel, unhelpful staff. Doors are jammed, loud music. Every thing is bad. No hygine kit, no wi fi, rooms are ordinary and worst is the blaring music.

I stayed here for 3 nights during my recent trip to panipat and I must say that I was quite impressed! The hotel's ambience was beautiful and classy. The room that I stayed in was well lit, well-arranged and cosy. The bathroom was above average and had everything except a showercap. The hotel staff were courteous, specially mr varun at front office. Buffet spread was good as well.

We stayed here for three days, and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and spacious. The service was excellent, and the staff were very helpful and polite. The location is great, with easy access to nearby places. The food was delicious as well. Highly recommended for a family stay or a relaxing holiday.
