都是帶廚房的別墅，空間超大，可以自己做飯。院區裏有網球場，恆温泳池，温泉，BBQ燒烤爐，非常nice.

Lovely clean unit with everything you could need. Comfy beds, great pool and spa. Andy and Nikki were so welcoming and helpful. Location is also amazing- short walk to supermarket, all sorts of restaurants and bars. An awesome holiday destination couldn't recommend enough.

Accommodation was on point, comfortable beds, very clean, beautiful space, we everything we needed. We enjoyed a game of tennis and later a spa and swim in the pool. My only suggestion would be the swimming pool was a bit cold for winter swimming and needs to be heated to at least 30 degrees. The spa was lovely but again needs to be a little bit hotter so it is more like a spa. Turn up the heat please guys. Wonderful customer service at reception and would totally recommend this place.

We came down last minute for a family funeral and the ladies were so accommodating! They let us check in early which made the process of making the funeral so much less stressful! The room was amazing and clean and felt like a home away from home and was in the perfect location for us as well. Will definitely be visiting again!

It started when I made contact with Nicky, she was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We arrived and were warmly greeted and our questions relating to where to eat were answered without hesitation. The accommodation was clean tidy and very comfortable.

We enjoyed being back at The Palms. We had a family event at The Mount and always like the Palms. Used to take our children and this is the second time we have been with our grandchildren. Hope to be back before too long.

Great to be able to get a 3 bedroom villa so the teens did not have to share. Clean and tidy and managers friendly. Super handy to the Plaza and across the road to Fashion Island. Pity about the rain lol

We booked for one night. Our apartment was tidy, and nice, had everything we needed, couldn’t have asked for anything else. Bed was so comfortable, just nice all round. Will definitely be booking again when we’re back. Beautiful place to stay

Always an exciting time when heading down to Pacific Palms, Mum and Dad's 2nd time and recommended this our families and we thoroughly enjoyed it, we had the 3 bedroom apartment lots of space brillant location as across from the pool heat pump well used as we went down during winter so didn't notice the cold when inside only downfall was the water flow of the shower is very slow but other than that AWESOME

Amazingly modern and clean apartment. It had everything we needed. We stayed in an upstairs apartment, in winter, and it was lovely and warm! The heated pool was a bonus! The location was handy. We'd love to come back and stay again. Highly recommend Pacific Palms Resort!

The location of the Pacific Palms Resort is definitely one of its strongest features being centrally located to shops and there is an excellent restaurant just across the road. The reception staff were friendly. The apartment itself (no. 4) was looking a little tired and could do with a fresh coat of paint inside but it had plenty of room and all the facilities one would expect. The stairs to the apartment were very steep which could be a problem for older people. The garage didn't lock and was a bit on the small side but fine for a medium size car. Had a very enjoyable stay and would stay again if the opportunity arose.

Clean and nicely presented apartments. There is a heated swimming pool, a large hot tub and BBQ area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location with two shopping centres and a supermarket very close by. A five minute walk to the beach. We hope to visit again.

Great stay! Fantastic communication. Fantastic facilities. Fantastic hosts. Really accomodating to our school group. We will definitely return. Central to the mall and local food stores. Thank you for having us!!

Do not recommend staying here in winter. The complex is best suited to summer accommodation. The location is very good at the eastern end of the beach with a good shopping plaza, supermarkets and eateries (e.g. Robert Harris and Double Teaspoons) adjacent or nearby. The apartment we were allocated was a very good size but lacked enough heaters. The heater it had was very basic with a fixed thermostat setting. This was our third choice for accommodation in Papamoa as our preferred options had a minimum 2 night stay requirement even though the time of our visit was prior to a holiday period. The bed was adequate but not overly comfortable. The apartment we had could do with a refresh.
