我們搭乘計程車到達時，沒有行李員幫忙搬運行李；我們必須自己把所有東西搬到前台。此外，由於交通繁忙，我們的房間正對著一條非常吵雜的街道。隔音效果似乎完全不存在。 -

Bedbugs!!! We stayed here one night prior to going to our luxury resort in Bora Bora. The wife and I stayed in separate beds. Three days later I developed horrible itching lesions that are consistent with bedbug bites. My wife never developed any and we stayed in the same bed at our subsequent resort. She never had any type of bite marks, do they must have been in my bed at this hotel. The timing works out.

We booked a quick stop just to shower and cool off in the air conditioning between our ferry ride from Mo’orea and our red eye flight out of Tahiti. Thank goodness we didn’t have to stay the night! First off, ******* mentioned that there was a free shuttle to the airport but when we got there the lady said there was no such thing and we would need to call a cab. We wouldn’t have booked at this hotel if there was no shuttle (misleading information by either ******* or the hotel). We were hot and sticky and just wanted to get to our room so did not observe the lobby closely upon arrival. However, when we left we stood in the lobby and observed while waiting for our cab. Every lounger/couch cushion was worn to the point where the leather was separating. So we did not want to sit. While standing and waiting for our taxi, we looked up to see that the ceiling tiles were missing all over. Part of the ceiling was peeling down. You could see that at one time this hotel may have been nice. The room was not much better. There was an empty soap/shampoo container left in the corner of the shower stall and the tiles had not looked like they were cleaned for a very long time (grime in all four corners). The towels were yellow with stains/spots so we did not feel very clean. This place needs a re-do!! Obviously I was concerned by the ratings but we thought it would be okay to at least take a shower and cool off. I didn’t even want to sit on the bed.

I booked this location strictly because day spa advertises a hamman/whirlpool, but it’s not working. You don’t find that out until you’re at your treatment ready to use it. They advertise it like it’s still available.The swimming pool looks nothing like the picture, the whole outside pool area is torn up. The bed was horribly soft, it’s an open air hotel,so when it rained the entire time the whole interior carpet gets wet. The place smells moldy. Definitely not an upscale hotel or spa as advertised. Be warned! This place needs major work!

Nice clean hotel, close to down town, port and shops. The Jr suite looked like it has a kitchen in the photos, but there is not even a microwave in the room! There is a refrigerator and kitchen sink but no kitchen supplies or means to cook. Other than that it was nice, however the hotel could do a little more updating - many places where paint is missing or discolored, and tiles broken, and the spa was cold not hot! The Jr suite was listed as Seaside view, but all you could see were the businesses, apartments, and crappy houses in the area - terrible view!

The hotel is in a good location to walk to the main promenade in Papeete, Although it’s not a pretty neighborhood. Quite a few shuttered businesses but felt completely safe to walk around day or night. The street noise is present if in one of the street facing rooms. It has a pool that is having a reno, but it’s nice and looks out towards the hillside. The workout room was sufficient and I appreciated it being included. We didn’t use the spa. The staff were efficient and helpful. They offer luggage storage which was great. Overall I would stay here again for a stopover. My biggest complaint is there is no outlet in the bathroom and no mirror in the bedroom where the outlets are. If you want to use any hair appliances, there is no way to see yourself.
