Insufficient professionalism with customer service and maintenance of the hotel. Defiantly not a 4-star hotel but more like a 2 or a 3-star hotel. Ivan and Anna made poor excuses for their lack of knowledge in customer service and understanding of running a reception desk. The manager assaulted me by pulling very hard on my shoulder to turn me around which left bruising for a few days afterwards. The manager’s behaviour was rude, arrogant, unprofessional, and lacking people skills. He was intolerant and contemptuous of most of our conversation. The manager was smoking in a none smoking section of the lobby as seen in the attached photos. Below are some of the problems that we encountered during our stay. - Not allowed to flush toilet paper. - Toilets making loud noises. - Air-conditions not working. - Dirty towels. - Uncleaned bathroom sink. - No extra body wash, just shampoo. - Doors left opened from housekeeping. - Curtains unhooked and looking tacky. - Beds not made. - Hole in bathroom wall where pipes came through. - Broken lamp shades. - Leaking walls after rain (very smelly). - Mould on top of the apple juice (two mornings in a row). - Spa never opened. - No air-conditioning or air flow in the basement games room. - Uncleaned stairs (found a chill on the first day and still on the same step when we left a week later) - Uncleaned lobby door. - Power went out in the room due to a tripped circuit braker.

I have never stayed at a more disgraceful hotel in my life. Toilets don't work effectively with loud noise as its filling back up again. The water pressure is terrible and water stops coming out after 5 mins of it being on in the showers. We asked for more showers gel to only be told you will get more in the next morning (which never happened) The lights turn off all the time and stay on without the key card. Mould on apple juice and on breakfast food. Stairs are dirt all the time with food on them. Curtains are falling apart. Twice had dirty towels. Housekeeping is not existant. Our bathroom never moped or sinks cleaned. Beds are never made. Light had gone out one night and we asked for a different room because our air-conditioning stopped working on a 37 degrees day and got told "the hotel is full you need to put up with it". We paid to dollar for a 2 star hotel. They day it's 4 to 5 but no way! I think they have paid for this rating. The staff are rude and always say it's not our problem. We asked for the manager to be told they are asleep or out of town. I honestly would be ashamed to be the owner of this hotel.

La chambre est bien, spacieuse et la literie confortable. Ce sont le seuls points positifs. J'étais avec un ami dans une chambre twin et nous sommes restés une semaine. Sur la semaine, il y a eu des problèmes d'eau (soit aucune eau soit un filet d'eau) pendant deux jours. L'eau est essentielle et service minimum dans une chambre d'hôtel, pour se doucher, laver les mains, boire de l'eau tout simplement. La femme de ménage passait une fois tous les deux jours, et elle ne changeait pas les serviettes de douche, ou n'en mettait qu'une au lieu de deux. La réception est ouverte quand elle le veut, c'est à dire entre 8h et 12h puis quelques heures durant l'après-midi. Le midi, un numéro de téléphone est affiché sur la porte de la réception, comme si c'était pratique et non couteux de composer un numéro serbe. Inadmissible, une réception doit être ouverte 24h/24h surtout quand on se dit hôtel 4 étoiles. Le petit déjeuner est ignoble, loin d'être continental, quand il y a du beurre c'est presque un miracle. Croissants et pain au chocolat, brioche bien sûr inexistants. Ridicule pour un hôtel qui se dit 4 étoiles. La connexion internet est intermittente, inadmissible une fois de plus. Tous ces problèmes pour 60€ la chambre c'est cher payé. Quand j'ai confronté le responsable de tous ces problèmes, il a dit qu'il n'était pas responsable. Quelle mauvaise foi ! Aucun geste commercial bien entendu... Et que dire du restaurant de l'hôtel au 5ème étage ? Pizza la pire jamais mangée, pizza 4 fromages mais avec jambon...Sauce tomate remplacée par du ketchup... Horrible. La moitié des plats à la carte ne sont pas disponibles... et les serveurs sont antipathiques au possible et se trompent souvent dans les commandes. Tout ça en attendant 50 minutes pour recevoir nos plats alors que nous sommes 3 tables dans le restaurant. Un de mes pires séjours dans un hôtel qui se dit 4 étoiles !
