拉斯維加斯大道南希爾頓惠庭套房酒店(Home2 Suites by Hilton Las Vegas Strip South)

Just to warn you guys to please double check everything before checking out. I left a beautiful corset and the housekeeper manager and manager let me know that the housekeeper “accidentally” threw it away How does that happen how do you accidentally throw something away see it in the trash can and not pick it up! It was an intact beautiful Victoria secret corset. What baffled me is that the manager said he won’t fire her despite her throwing an item right after someone checked out to me it was obvious housekeeper stole it and was embarrassed to give it back. Therefore there’s a housekeeper who admit to “throwing away” and item that was not her and she’s kept their working. They did refund me the money for the night but honestly that’s the least they could’ve done. Manager needs to manage hotel better because imagine leaving behind an item and housekeeper “throwing” it away right away!! I had left my iPhone too but I know the only reason they returned it was because when I called I said I know my phone is there the location shows it’s there so ofcourse they gave it back but not my corset. That’s my review.

El hotel muy bueno, limpio y empleados muy amables! El problema fue que yo hice la reservación con tiempo para un buen precio y al momento del cobro me dieron otro precio obio más caro y me dijeron que porque los fines de semana era más caro! Eso lo se, por eso la reservación se hizo con tiempo y aparte hay $25 de cargo extra por habitación y al hacer la reservación no se menciona tampoco. En fin, page $120 más de lo que estaba estimado

Buen hotel, instalaciones anticuadas pero en muy buen estado, amplio estacionamiento y buen desayuno

The property felt like home. It was cozy. The staff was amazing. It was clean and very quiet. I enjoyed my stay and I will definitely be returning. Thank you.

My reservation to this hotel was cancelled - not by me or *******. I got there to check in and it had been cancelled. The girl at the desk could not figure out who had cancelled it - and they were full so they could not give me another reservation. ******* was willing to get me another hotel. This cancellation was not listed on my ******* account. Quite unprofessional by the Hotel.

I had every intention of staying in this location I Paid for travel protection thinking I was covered in case something unfortunate happened where I wouldn’t be able to travel and stay in this location. Iwas denied protection was not able to stay because I tested positive for Covid before My day of travel and stay . I do not think it is fair that I still got charged for my stay did not even get credit to stay another night or a refund this is ridiculous and unjust I do not recommend this location and I hope to hear from the hotel manager or someone hire up soon I will be launching a complain I have been a costumer with ********** for years I have spend a lot of money I have never been treated this way before .

- Lobby and room were clean. - Receptionist was nice and friendly when we checked in. - The rest of staffs look unfriendly. - Loud TV sound from other room was heard at mid night.
