good location, large carpark, the room was also large..

I picked this hotel as a last minute stay coming through Henderson. It was fantastic. Adrian at the front desk was so very helpful in finding me some decaffeinated tea. I was sick and not feeling well. Breakfast was outstanding I appreciate the turkey sausage and the fresh fruit. The hotel is situated with a few eating options within walking distance. It was very quiet and extremely clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable and my kids loved that the pool was actually heated and dismt just say it was heated 😊

This place is clean and it has an excellent service during breakfast. The only issue is that the the front desk personal at my arrival(at night) took too long to assigned me a room. Also, Internet in TV wasn't working. The AC was noise and I have to leave it on all night long due to I couldn't adjust it as needed.

We wanted to stay outside of the Las Vegas ***** area and couldn't be happier with our stay in Henderson. Easy to get to and the Hampton Inn was perfect. Super clean and really friendly staff. Great breakfast, too. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

got in late, after midnight, checkin was ok but the moment we stepped into the room my wife said it was a smoker room which I don't think even exist anymore. when we went into the bathroom, it's like a chainsmoker lived in there for years, it was bad but we were tired and only stayed for one night so put up with it. housekeeping should have alerted mgt and mgt should have taken room out of rotation until fixed or label it a smoker room.. turned on tv, it says it has netflix but you have to log in with your own acct and who does that with the clunky remote. just don't make netflix a big deal if you don't offer it watched regular tv and tv shut off halfway through, turned it back on, all channels were gone.. ok fine, time for bed anyway next morning.. there was NO soap or anythning in the shower. I hate the trend of barsoap as a standin for shower /body gel but there was nothing so wife and I had to use the bar soap from the bathroom sink.. this was not a cheap price / low motel where this was ok.. breakfast was ok but you're better off making the 5m drive to another breakfast option we had to hang around in the lobby after checkout and the placement of wall chargers was puzzling and inconvenient and the there was a "hotel scent" in the air which made us not want to stay there long.. just don't do the scent thing also no free wifi and our phones had not great connection so if you want to stay in the lobby after checkout, its not really an option

Very nice property. The only small thing that could be improved is that the pet poop bags were missing in the pet area closest to the building.

There is nothing unique about this property, it's a Hampton Inn. The hotel is in need of major cleaning and repairs and deep cleaning. They allow animals in the rooms and claim they completely clean the rooms, I don't agree. The lobby and public areas has a pet odor that they try to mask with scents, Every bathroom drain is clogged. I'm extremely allergic to cats and I know my room had cat dander in it. I woke up all three nights I was there with hives in my throat and around my mouth, had difficulty breathing and major congestion. I ask the lady that checked me in why they don't have rooms set aside that are pet free; she said it is their policy to accommodate people with pets so all rooms can be used for pets. I have stayed at this hotel since it opened because my son lives up the street, I will be finding another hotel in the area that doesn't allow pets or at least has a group of rooms that are reserved for people with pet allergies. It's nice to know that Hilton think pets are more important than people.

Easy to checkin. Walls are a little thin. I could hear people talking late at night. Woke me up. Besides that things were okay.
