Air conditioner was very loud and kept us up all night. When we checked in the person at the desk was somewhat of a flat liner with little customer service or enthusiasm. When we asked if they had a restaurant she pointed to Starbucks, and we said? Starbucks and she said "Yep" The next morning when we were getting our coffee there we realized they offered spirits and food items. If she had told us that we would have had dinner there that night... Ugh, instead we had to travel out. The room was very clean, bed was very uncomfortable. The check-out clerk was extremely sweet and friendly as was the Starbucks barista in the AM.

Pros: The room was spacious. A nice comfy armchair was provided. The beds were comfortable. Cons: NO flat surfaces in the bathroom or the washbowl area to put anything, let alone a washbag. The fridge was TINY. One small shelf. We fit in two water bottles and yogurts. No breakfast is included in the rate. You buy breakfast in their bistro. Pricey. NO HOT WATER in the morning. I was informed the entire hotel was without hot water and that it would be fixed in a few minutes. Half an hour later, still no hot water. Spoke to the front desk again. This time, they said they had no idea how long it would be. We had to wash in cold water and leave without a shower. No apology or compensation was offered when we checked out.

The property overall was run down many broken amenities: room air conditioning, only one working elevator, ac in fitness room, outside side door did not lock, room bathroom door, loose tile in room bathroom area, tv's not working in cafe area, no tv guide for room tv, working elevator often did not work properly.

Nice hotel. We stayed 1 night for an early flight. We had 3 guests and were forced to share a king and pull out couch. They had no other availability. AWKWARD. The bathroom was small and the shower even smaller. The front desk person was very nice and the staff tried to make our staff comfortable.

Staff was kind and friendly. We were disappointed that the pool was not in service on a 100 degree day. We planned an afternoon in the pool and found out it was closed. When we arrived maintenance was working on fixing elevator but it only worked sometimes during our two night stay. The room was not cleaned or serviced during our stay. Breakfast was not provided. We would have booked at a different hotel if we were informed that the pool was not in service and that breakfast would have to be purchased.

The fire alarm went off at 3:30am I never went back to sleep. It’s a new system. And due to county codes the fire dept or the fire sprinkler company can shut off only

Front desk was very accommodating and friendly, this place was awesome, and exceptionally clean, I must say I was very impress

Hotel was clean and helpful staff. Don’t mind paying for breakfast but costs are to high. 13.50 for a omelet, expensive coffee etc. Will choose a different hotel next time. Howard

The POOL was not useable!!! That’s a deal breaker for me and the front desk offered nothing. The elevator broke down and I can’t climb more then 1 flight of stairs! Lucky they fixed but it was honestly quite scary to ride!!
