Me gustó mucho el servicio al cliente

Me dejaron en la calle con mis 3 niños y mi familia, a pesar que avía pagado todo no tenían habitación disponible , llame dos beses para asegurar que todo estaba bien y cómo quiera me dejaron sin habitación

My wife and I left the facility upon arrival. The room was smelly. We requested a non smoking room and we were given a smoking one. We asked the front desk and we were told that all rooms were the same. The heater didn’t work and we asked for help. The person who arrived was very unprofessional, unkept and seemed that he wanted some tip. After 2 hours inside the room, we left. Also They have a display room, the one in the pictures posted on the website. The real rooms stink and are dark and intimidating

The staff was friendly with easy check in and check out. They are using good quality products with the renovation they are doing but need new pillows, mattresses and commercial linnens. Also.my room had alot of cob webs and dust but was clean. Motel has potential and would stay again just hope they get new pillows and mattresses.

No hot water. Wireless crappy. Walks paper thin, could hear everything in next room.

Th room was very clean. The staff courteous. A lot of preteen kids running around.
