While we appreciate your positive comments regarding our location, family-friendly atmosphere, and direct access to the waterpark, we are concerned by the allegations made regarding your room and the reported bite marks. Following your report, our housekeeping team attended the room as requested and carried out the scheduled cleaning procedures. We would like to clarify that there was no evidence presented during your stay linking the marks on your skin to the room environment, bedding, or any issue within the hotel. Furthermore, no similar complaints were reported by guests staying in adjacent rooms before, during, or after your stay. Had there been any indication of a room-related issue, our management team would have immediately initiated the appropriate inspection and corrective actions. Unfortunately, no such evidence was identified. We take cleanliness and guest safety extremely seriously, and our rooms are cleaned and inspected regularly according to strict hotel standards. For this reason, we cannot agree with the implication that the marks described were caused by conditions within the hotel. We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations and wish you all the best in your future travels.

We are pleased that you appreciated our swimming pool complex, the convenient access to Aqualand Water Park, the efficient air conditioning, daily housekeeping and the service provided by our lifeguards. At the same time, we are truly sorry that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. The condition you describe regarding the walls and refrigerator is not the standard we aim to provide. Had these concerns been brought to our attention during your stay, our housekeeping and maintenance teams would have inspected them immediately and, where possible, offered an appropriate solution. Regarding the complimentary beach and Corfu Town shuttles, advance reservations are necessary because seating is limited. Tourist coaches are not permitted to enter the historic centre of Corfu Town, which determines the available drop-off location. As you correctly mentioned, public bus No. 8, which stops close to the resort, offers another convenient option. We are also disappointed that the food selection and entertainment programme did not suit your preferences. Our buffets include a rotating variety of meat, fish, vegetarian dishes, salads, children’s options and desserts, but we understand that individual expectations differ. Your comments have been shared with our Food and Beverage and entertainment teams for review. We are particularly concerned by your impression of our staff, as friendliness and hospitality are fundamental to our service. The majority of our team receives very positive feedback, but we take your comments seriously and will address them internally. Please note that food and beverages from the hotel cannot be taken into the independently operated water park due to its safety and operational regulations. We sincerely regret that your overall experience did not reflect the enjoyable stay we want every family to have. We are pleased to learn that you enjoyed our food, appreciated the cleanliness of our resort, and found the waterpark to be one of the highlights of your holiday. Regarding the All Inclusive package, we understand your comments. As stated in our hotel information and by our tour operator partners, the waterpark operates separately from the hotel, and All Inclusive food and beverages are available exclusively within the hotel premises. We are sincerely sorry to learn about the loss of your personal belongings, particularly considering your son's individual needs. We fully understand how upsetting this situation must have been for your family. We would, however, like to clarify the circumstances regarding the CCTV coverage. Although there are security cameras installed in the lobby area, the specific seating area where the sunglasses were left is not within the cameras' field of view. For this reason, it was unfortunately not possible to review footage of the location where the belongings had been placed. We regret if our communication during your stay did not clearly explain this and if it caused frustration. Please be assured that there was never any intention to mislead you. Whenever lost property is reported, our team makes every reasonable effort to assist guests, but unfortunately, in this case, we were unable to establish what happened to the items. While personal belongings left unattended in public areas remain the responsibility of their owners, we genuinely regret that this unfortunate incident affected your holiday and your overall impression of our resort.
