不幸的是，對於這類飯店來說，我們的經驗相當一般。我們遇到了一系列問題，我們在住宿期間向飯店工作人員報告了這些問題，但這些問題的解決方案並沒有令我們滿意（儘管我們得到了免費住宿的補償）。在這個檔次和價格的酒店裡，因為沒有熱水，一天沒有洗澡，我女兒因為沙發床有問題，不得不睡在地板上，房間裡到處都是碎玻璃。從第二天晚上開始（因為我們沒有破壞任何東西）就不是我們可以放手的事情了。

與家人住一晚。飯店地理位置優越，距離愛麗舍宮和香榭麗舍大道僅一箭之遙。非常好的酒店，乾淨，優質的服務和非常友好的工作人員！以時尚的方式結束，早餐很棒。一句話：完美。我強烈推薦。

Stayed in 3 different hotels in Paris in three arrondisements, and would rate this the best overall experiece. Sara greeted us on arrival. Warm and personalised is how I would describe her and her team. They will go all out to help, special mention to the concierge who provided great suggestions for my wife shopping list . People makes luxury stays memorable, and the team here is fantastic. Location is great, close to all the attractions, restaurants and fashion, oooh the shopping choices within walking distance. Room were spacious and well appointed. Breakfast is fantastic and worth every dollar. Only regret was we should have stayed a few more nights.

This hotel came up as a suggestion from Amex fine hotels and resorts. Having stayed at Delano in Miami, I thought I would give it a try. First impressions were not great. The reception area is very odd and cramped. You feel you are in a residential building rather than a hotel- staff are hidden behind a strange wall. You immediately knew you were not in a 5 star hotel, but the lady at check in was wonderful. Despite it being 2pm, my room was not ready so I went to the restaurant for some lunch. This was not a great experience. I think the set up is for people to share - but I don’t think it had crossed their mind someone might eat there alone. Basically the only option was starters of which I chose three. They were all awful!! So much so that I did not eat them - not that that phased the staff as no one asked me if anything was wrong. Thankfully the bread was nice. However, I must say that breakfast was really good just don’t have lunch or dinner in the restaurant my stomach still turns at the thought of one of the dishes. The room was ready, and it was a very stunning room. Large for Paris I would say and super comfortable. The only issue I had was the temperature, it was very hot and I think the AC was not working, but as it was november I just opened the windows. I would not book this hotel again. It is soulless and public areas are cold and dead. Perhaps it is way better in summer, but it felt like I was staying at an air b&b. There are SO many better hotels in Paris.

We have a wonderful stay! It had an amazing view from top floor!, and super comfy & quiet. The weeks brunches were amazing i would have to go there again have a special highlight! This was one of the amazing journey i haved.We hope to return to Paris sometime soon, and I can’t think of anywhere else we’d rather stay!
