We arrived early,reception staff allowed us early check in which is greatly appreciated.Room was spotlessly clean,quiet and comfy beds.The restaurant was amazing and there was 5-9pm happy hours. Highly recommended!!
Melhor área de Paris segundo os locais e também mais segura. O hotel é lindíssimo, uma verdadeira joia escondida nas ruas charmosas de Paris. O café é servido de 7 às 10 e happy hour com double drink das 17:30 às 21:00. Eles pedem depósito de €50 no momento do check in- precisa de cartão físico. Tem academia 24h e vários restaurante perto.

Dieses Hotel vereint nahezu alle negativen Aspekte: Es ist alt, stark heruntergekommen und riecht in den Zimmern modrig. Das Frühstück ist spärlich und von schlechter Qualität. Am schlimmsten jedoch war das überhebliche, arrogante Personal, das jegliches Gefühl von Gastfreundschaft vermissen ließ. Ohne die großartige Stadt wäre dieser Aufenthalt kaum auszuhalten gewesen.
We stayed in Unit 209. We arrived early due to our flight and, fortunately, the gentleman at the front desk kindly checked us in ahead of time. As Diamond members with Hilton, thanks to our company's frequent use of the brand, we expected a seamless experience. The first day was great, but things quickly took a turn. Unfortunately, our room's bathroom was clogged from day one. We reported the issue twice, but it was never resolved. The room itself was basic…nothing remarkable. I’m a visual creator and typically take a lot of pictures, but this room didn’t inspire me to snap any photos. I’m familiar with the area since I have a business nearby, so I knew it was a bit far from the main attractions, though it is close to the Catacombs. Breakfast was the same every day, which got repetitive. On a positive note, the happy hour was a nice touch….buy one, get one free cocktails for €16, which is a good deal for a hotel. However, the lack of customer service was disappointing. As a Diamond member, I expected better. If you're assigned Room 209, I strongly recommend asking to be moved…it will flood, and it's a headache you don't want to deal with.

The hotel needs improvements in communication including corrective actions on training. Cons: -No Wifi -No Communication to hotel guests that there is been no wifi. I had to inquire after multiple attempts of trying to log in, I interacted with front desk staff no thought to inform me there was a severe issue with no resolution. No updates are shared with guests unless you asks and their demeanor is annoyed. -Front desk manager and staff listened to respond instead of understanding the questions and concerns. Extremely short answers and disregard for questions related to poor service. -there major construction that blocks access to the street preventing traffic. You will have to manage a long walk to hotel with your luggage. -Sleeping rooms require touch ups and repairs - Hotel staff did not provide any accommodation or warning prior checking in. No offers made due the major inconveniences and lack of amenities
