巴黎天台酒店(Terrass Hotel Paris)

hotel con vista spettacolare al 7° piano, ottima colazione, consigliatissima, non ho apprezzato la moquette cupa nei corridoi e la poca comprensione alla reception al momento del check in.

景色和位置都還可以。下一趟地鐵大約需要 5 分鐘。在步行距離之內。 普通的房間很小，但設計精美。氣氛很好。你不能打開臨街的窗戶，因為交通噪音令人難以忍受。 屋頂露台非常漂亮，艾菲爾鐵塔的景色也很棒，但是飲料或吃的東西的價格太貴了！

We loved this hotel. The room was spacious and had everything we could want including robes and slippers. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large with lots of counter space. Easy access to many restaurants and cafes, not as close to the main tourist places, but it was a second Paris visit, so we didn't need that. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There were only two things we weren't as happy about. We wanted to eat at the restaurant, but it was closed the first night even thought the front desk didn't know this and they were booked for the second night even though we tried to reserve in advance. We think there should be some space saved for hotel guests to book. The more important issue is that the billing of the hotel isn't well managed. We had prepaid the two nights, but I received an email (in French) that my card had been declined even though the charge had cleared our bank. I called and was told not to worry about the email. Then when we checked out early, we were charged for both nights, and since I hadn't been shown the bill charges, we didn't know until we were in the cab on the way to the airport. I had to wait until 9am to call, and the problem was handled efficiently, but they need better systems in place. Still I would recommend this hotel, just pay attention to charges.

とてもキュートなホテルで、テンション上がります。エッフェル塔、シャンパンクラッシュもちゃんと見えました。ウェルカムワインボトルも可愛いメッセージ付きで嬉しかったです。 ルーフトップで朝食も美味しく、スタッフの笑顔に旅の疲れは取れました。モンマルトル巡りは、夜も素敵なので泊まってよかったです。

The staff at front desk were very polite and helpful, especially Hanae. I have been visiting this hotel for a number of years, every time I come to Paris. As a VIP access gold member i have never been given a room upgrade. Last month on visiting I literally had to beg for a pair of slippers. i was very disappointed this time round as i noticed the hotel needs a good sprucing up. The corridors and rooms look very tired. Our room had a very stuffy smell(like smelly feet), I'm not sure if it was the carpets but it hit you every time you walked in. Maybe the owners should consider wooden floors. I mentioned this to front desk and they informed me that the hotel will be closing for a renovation. This hotel does not come cheap so guests would expect something more. I will reconsider staying here again if changes are nit made. One of the main reasons I stay here is the locality, its convenient to get to and the area surrounding the hotel is amazing. Overall disappointed this time round

Séjourner au Terrass Hotel est toujours un enchantement, l'endroit a une energie bien particuliere. Les chambres sont parfaites, propres, avec toutes les attentions que nous attendons d'un 5 etoiles. La suite Eiffel est magique ! La vue depuis la terrasse sur tous les monuments parisiens est incontournable, avec une carte toujours tres appréciée au restaurant. Le buffet du petit dejeuner est tres varié et les patisseries sont exquises ! Mais le plus au Terrass Hotel c est l accueil, le service et le chaleureux relationnel que l'on a avec Hanae, elle nous accueille toujours de maniere incomparable ! Grace à Hanae on se sent à la maison, et on ne changerai d'hotel pour rien au monde.

Excelente ubicación y excelente el servicio y atención del staff.

L’hôtel a été très attentif à respecter mes demandes pour avoir une chambre calme et l’accueil a été excellent.
