酒店位置超方便 經開一𠆤小商場就可5分鐘走到地鐵站🚉
Check in 的帥哥很熱情介紹酒店情況 使用泳池要预約等等
不方便的是房間電話壞了,通知後2天都沒有人來修

一共在這家酒店訂了三晚的房間,由於預訂時候的限制,先下了一個訂單定了兩晚,再下一個訂單定了一晚。房型都是180度全景套房。,而且都是提早幾月就預訂好的。
酒店的地理位置一般,離地鐵站有個300米左右距離,但是附近周邊的幾條小街非常吵鬧,大把的人羣晚上聚在那裡喧鬧。
酒店服務也差強人意,辦理入住一個服務員搞了20多分鐘,然後就把房卡給我們,對於酒店的各種設施樓層也不做任何介紹。到了房間發現4000多一晚的房間居然給我的都是一樓。請問我要一樓的全景房幹嗎?聽外面機車的轟鳴聲嗎?訂單裏明明註明需要安靜的房間,但是酒店看來是置若罔聞。而且一樓的房間旁邊不遠處就是游泳池,整個走廊充斥的消毒濃郁的漂白劑味道,非常不適。
房間裏空調設施比較糟糕,房間有異味臭臭的。
早餐品質還可以,但是沒有熱食,而且三天一成不變。

Madame, Monsieur,
Je vous écris aujourd’hui pour exprimer ma profonde dissatisfaction concernant mon séjour de trois nuits dans votre établis*****t, réservé plusieurs mois à l’avance. Initialement, j’avais commandé trois nuits de suite avec vue panoramique à 180 degrés, une prestation pour laquelle j’ai payé plus de 4 000 yuans par nuit. Cependant, ce que j’ai reçu se trouve à l’opposé de mes attentes.
Premièrement, la localisation et l’environnement de l’hôtel laissent à désirer. Bien qu’il se situe à environ 300 mètres de la station de métro, les ruelles avoisinantes sont excessivement bruyantes : chaque nuit, un grand nombre de personnes s’y rassemblent et créent un vacarme insupportable, ce qui a gravement affecté ma qualité de repos.
Deuxièmement, le service de l’hôtel est médiocre. Lors de l’enregistrement, un employé a mis plus de 20 minutes pour traiter ma demande, puis nous a simplement remis les cartes de chambre sans aucune présentation des installations de l’hôtel ni des indications sur les étages. Ce manque de professionnalisme est regrettable.
Troisièmement, la chambre attribuée est totalement inadaptée. Contrairement à la réservation qui spécifiait clairement un besoin de chambre calme, j’ai été placé au premier étage — une choix incompréhensible pour une « suite avec vue panoramique », puisque je n’ai eu accès à aucune vue agréable, mais seulement au bruit strident des motos passant à l’extérieur. De plus, la piscine se trouve juste à côté de la chambre, et tout le couloir est envahi par une forte odeur de javel de désinfection, ce qui a provoqué une grande gêne. L’équipement de climatisation de la chambre est également défectueux, et une odeur fétide persistante rendait le séjour encore plus désagréable.
Enfin, le petit-déjeuner, bien que de qualité acceptable, manquait totalement de plats chauds et son menu est resté identique pendant les trois jours, manquant de variété.
J’ai réservé votre hôtel avec confiance, espérant profiter d’un séjour confortable correspondant à la prestation payée. Malheureu*****t, l’expérience a été décevante à tous les niveaux. Je sollicite donc une investigation de votre part et espère recevoir une réponse explicative ainsi qu’une compensation adaptée à la situation dans les plus brefs délais.

Pleasant hotel in an easy to reach part of Paris, lots of restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable and the rain shower was nice. We were disappointed to find there was no coffee machine in the room which every Pullman I've stayed in has had. There is only a kettle and 2 instant coffee sachets per day, and 2 bottles of water. Having teaspoons and wine glasses in the room would've been handy also.

Nice hotel.has great amenties for kids. This guy that checked us in was amazing. Helped us plan our trip by pointing a few places to visit. Gave out some kids activity bags. Some restaurant staff were nice and helpful. Some not so much. Would continue their conversion even though you ask for help. The carpets could do with a refresh. Overall not a bad hotel.

다음날 스위스로 가는 열차를 타야해서 파리 리옹역까지 도보로는 어중간한 택시를 타고 가야하는 거리였지만, 아주 깔끔한 호텔 시설과 청결도는 정말 마음에 들었습니다. 처음 도착했을 때 리셉션 직원의 친절함은 묵었던 파리 호텔중에서 최고였구요. 가운과 실내슬리도 좋았습니다.
그런데 단 하나, 보증금 환불은 보름이 지난 지금도 아직 안 되고 있네요. 빠른 환불 부탁드립니다

The people were fantastic! Very helpful and accommodating and deserve good tips. The location is nice, not that close to EiffelTower but close to park and restaurant choices. You need to learn the metro and bus system in order to visit Paris or if you have a family just Uber. Two big issues: the indoor pool water is cold and my 11 year old refuses to swim in it. A pool was a huge selling point and ended being unusable. The place caters to families, and a 24 hour payable washer and dryer would be very useful on the premises. Otherwise, the beds are very comfortable and I definitely recommend staying there as a couple or with family.
