皇家橋酒店(Hotel Pont Royal Paris)

This hotel is located in an amazingly central area with lots of food and sights to be seen. The room is comfy and super clean. There was no toothbrush, or shaving kit, but there was a sewing kit, which I found strange. Other than that, room was perfect. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, I recommend this hotel if you are looking for a lovely stay in the heart of Paris.

The hotel was in a great location, the staff were fantastic and friendly, the room had pretty much everything we needed and they replenished and cleaned twice daily. The elevators were good, the main negative was that the view was not as advertised. We paid for an Eiffel Tower view room and to get the view of the Eiffel Tower we had to climb out onto this tiny balcony and look to the left and see the Eiffel Tower in the distance. The step up to the balcony was very high and difficult to climb over and climb back in. The other negative was the bathtub, very high to step over and into as it was a soaking tub that was built up, there should have been a grab bar to assist due to the slip hazard as the shower sprayed everywhere as there was a half glass wall on the back side which didn't stop the water from the shower splashing all over the place.

The Hotel is beautiful and provides its guests with an intimate and elegant ambiance. Service was very good and the staff is young and friendly. Restaurant is very good and will get better. Whenever in Rioja make sure to book this wonderful property for a couple of nights… you will not regret it!! We shall return!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It’s on a quiet street but still within walking distance to many major sights like the louvre, the Musee D’Orsay, the Musee Rodin, and others. The staff were some of the friendliest Parisians we came across! The room was a bit small but it’s typical for Europe, otherwise it was extremely clean and had a good amount of storage. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Lovely hotel, great breakfast and great location. Only thing I didn't like is that the concierge tried to sell us tickets to Versailles that cost 3 times what I could get them for myself (which I did). Other than that, great place to stay.

Wonderful small hotel with a literary vibe. Rooms in floors 5-7 have a partial view of Eiffel Tower. Small rooms that could benefit from a better design of the bathrooms to avoid water spilling out of tub. Great neighborhood.

This hotel is not a 5 star and should not be classified as 5 star. Carpet is old, dark, smells bad and feels unsanitary to walk on. Our room was a disappoin**ent and carpet and drapes smelled of smoke that was camouflaged with air freshener spray. We asked to be moved to another room and the staff were apologetic and helpful in attempting to resolve our issue. The bathroom was very clean and well-appointed and turn down service adequate. Building is beautiful and great location. If this hotel replaces all the carpet and drapery (it's certainly overdue) and includes bathroom slippers for guests, then this would be a better experience.
