Service is not suitable for 5 stars hotel

This is a wonderful homely hotel, with great staff and amenities. We loved the fact it was in a nice residential area, a short stroll for the Eiffel Tower and so cozy too. Service was great - only downside was the weird food served in the Restaurant. It had some of the most strangest concoctions which didn't match and no dietary options. The chef is trying to be too clever and not thinking of his patrons, but his own choice in food. A menu should have something for everyone. Four of us struggled to pick anything and we have wide ranging palates. All in all, a great hotel, you won't go wrong with. The rooms are fabulous and the service great. We will be back and eat at the bistro around the corner Fountaine - which was first class.

非常時尚、令人驚嘆的床單和工作人員。對於巴黎來說，房間非常豪華、寬敞，從我們五樓的房間看到的景色令人驚嘆。屋頂酒吧自己種植蔬菜，還有雞可以吃新鮮的雞蛋。我是通過AMEX訂的，但是還是貴得嚇人。意識到。我取消了一間房間，但他們沒有收到。請注意並跟進。

Design et décoration de l’hôtel sublimes du lobby à la chambre en passant par le bar. Le personnel est très agréable. La literie est impeccable. Le petit déjeuner en chambre est copieux et de qualité supérieure. Côté bien être, il s’agit d’un club de sport accessible aux clients de l’hôtel. La piscine de nage est très grande, et le jacuzzi est bien chaud et immense, un effort est fait au niveau du design même si ce n’est pas un espace « détente » d’hôtel traditionnel. Petit bémol au niveau de l’accès au sauna/hammam/grotte de sel qui se fait via la salle de sport en passant entre deux machines et qui n’est pas très bien indiqué. Ce n’est pas très agréable quand vous descendez de votre chambre en peignoir… mieux vaut être à l’aise dans son corps !!! Nous reviendrons certainement lors d’un prochain week-end au printemps pour tester le rooftop et conseillerions cet hôtel à nos proches.

L’extérieur est quelconque, mais les chambres sont vraiment très jolies. Belle ambiance et choix de matériaux. Le service est dans l’ensemble plutôt sympathique, avec mention spéciale pour le restaurant, mais l’accueil de l’hôtel, qui se veut concierge, n’est pas au niveau. C’est bien d’être jeune et branché, mais à ce niveau de prix, l’employé ne doit pas se prendre pour le client….

The hotel is beautifully designed and the rooms, though small, are very modern and have very thoughtful touches. The location is great, a very beautiful local area to explore and enjoy; as well as easily accessible to all the main tourist sites. The pool and spa is beautiful, including the huge hot tub and a must visit during your stay. Could not recommend any other hotel in Paris more! Beautiful!

Très bel hôtel .Chambre magnifique et excellent brunch. Très déçus par le restaurant japonais de l'étage .Attention si vous êtes 2,vous risquez d'être placés le long de la bâche qui sépare la terrasse. Froid ,vent .... meme si vous dégustez de très bons makis,vous ne pensez qu'à partir rapidement et on ne vous propose pas de nous déplacer. Nous avions écourté notre soirée après les cocktails .Pas très cosy pour notre anniversaire 😢

Brach Paris is a hip luxury hotel in the 16th Arr. It is in a wonderful neighborhood, away from the busyness of central Paris. We found it as a perfect place to stay to explore Paris. Just a short walk & ride on the Metro 9 line quickly got us into Paris for the Louvre, Orsay, & etc. The rooms are appointed in a hip style, the 1st floor terrace is nice for cocktails/snacks, and the restaurant on the main floor was nice for breakfast. We enjoyed the room service as well. We did struggle with the managing the temperature in the room, but that could just be because we were between seasons in Europe. Finally, we were excited to try the roof top bar because it has great views of the Eiffel Tower but were disappointed to hear that it was closed for the winter. No where was it stated when we were making our reservations that the roof top bar would be closed. We only found out at our arrival. We did not get a chance to try the spa or the pool. Overall, nice hotel to stay in when in Paris.
