Good propert & friendly staff

Convenience location, near shopping area and all attractions. Hotel is clean and staffs are very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

地毯很髒。浴室設定不方便。早餐不錯，很新鮮。工作人員很友好，服務很好。位置優越。

如果一個五星酒店在10度8度的天沒有供暖是啥體驗，真的被我遇到，而且是索菲特，我反正是住完第二天直接感冒，而且窗關得緊緊的，設備跟不上其他都扯淡，第二天和前台投訴，反正態度是很誠懇，衹是問題已發生，設施很落後，前台服務倒是很熱情，也站在客人的角度去和我溝通，反正巴黎五星酒店真是一言難盡

The property was definitely a 5 star hotel with many options in area. Staff was very friendly and helpful especially for my 1st time to Paris. I will stay here again next year.

我住了6晚，但是房卡每天都自動失效！ 回到飯店後，房卡無法進電梯或進了電梯但進不了房間。 這意味著我每天都需要去前台重新啟動我的卡！ Thay承諾第二天不會再發生這種情況，但我做了6天......浪費了我的時間而且真的不方便。 地點安全又好，美國總領事館和許多奢侈品牌就在附近。

The housekeeping and in generel the cleaning process of our room was terrible. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The service in general is so poor.

不允許帶孩子入住有點莫名其妙～位置倒是在市中心，但是出行不是很便利，門前還封路～
