雷拉斯 12 比思民宿(Relais 12Bis B&B)

리옹역에서 볼트로 택시가 잡히지 않아서 밤 늦게 도착했습니다. 제이스스타댐 영화배우를 닮으신 사장님이 우리를 늦게 맞이해주셨습니다. 배드버그 한마리 없이 깨끗한 숙소, 숙소 내 조식을 먹는 레스토랑에 있는 작은 냉장고에는 물과 음료가 상시 구비되어 언제든 물을 마실 수 있었으며 에펠탑과의 거리가 5분 정도라 부담없이 매알 밤에 나갔다왔어요. 마지막 날 파리 촬영일에는 조식을 먹지 못하고 일찍 나갓다가 오준 열시 쯤 들어왔는데 조식을 직접 챙겨주고 12시까지는 쉬라는 말씀이 저희에게 큰 감동이었어요. 아쉬운 5박 6일의 파리 여행이 끝났네요. 그동안 감사했습니다. 좋은 추억을 남기고 갑니다.

We stayed for 3 nights as a family of 4 and were warmly welcomed by Sabine who showed us everything we needed to know and more! Our room was spacious with air conditioning and the bathroom large with all amenities needed. Beds very comfortable. Generous sized towels a bonus! Leo and Philippe were so very helpful and went above and beyond to assist us when we left a bag in a taxi. They were really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they always checked if we needed anything. Location was wonderful as it is very close to Eiffel Tower and we walked everywhere and used the map they provided. We are planning to go back and stay longer next time. Highly recommend 😊

We booked this place based on the excellent reviews written but we experienced an average stay. First upon our arrival it was very difficult to find the place. There is no sign of the b&b except a very small door sign that is not very visible. Once you get there you do not know how to get in to a locked gate. After wondering around looking for a free entry, I called and Leo informed me that he will meet me by the street gate. After a long wait he showed and opened the gate. The rooms are on second floor via a staircase The room and the bathroom are very nice updated, large and clean. The tv has only French speaking channels available. The breakfast was very skimpy. Yes they had some croissants and bread with a few cold cuts and cheese that was not presented that was appetizing. Overall we were disappointed based on lots of positive reviews by others. Breakfast was the same everyday. We did not experience a warm reception from the host as others described in reviews.

My family (two adults, two children) stayed here for a week after Christmas. Simply put, 5 stars for location (a minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower, bus tour stops, restaurants and supermarket), 5 stars for type of accommodation (High end, exceptionally clean, beautiful surrounds, fabulous breakfast) and 5 stars for the hosts (always available, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable). Could not recommend highly enough. Will be our go to place whenever in Paris.

Amazing bed and breakfast! Beautifully decorated, friendly staff, and amazing location. This is a perfect place! The rooms were comfortable and clean, the breakfast was amazing, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If this place is available, you must book it!

Wunderbares, sehr stilvolles B&B in einem ruhigen, gepflegten und sicheren Wohnviertel neben dem Eiffelturm. Metroanbindung ausgezeichnet. Schöne, top renovierte Altbauzimmer mit Stuckdecke und modernem Badezimmer. Topsauber! Angenehmes Frühstück im Wohnsalon, wo man sich während des ganzen Aufenthaltes Getränke und Kuchen gratis nehmen darf. Als besonderes Plus dürfen nach dem Checkout die Aufenthaltsräume und Sanitäranlagen genutzt werden. Danke an Familie Schwarz!

Toller, familiärer Aufenthalt. Grosses Familienzimmer mit zwei sep. Zimmern und grossem, schönen Badezimmer, sep. WC. Sehr sauber und komfortabel. Das ganze B@B ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Besitzer.

My family of 4 have only positive things to say about this place. It has the coziness and charm of Paris and it has a great location close to Eiffel tower and excellent restaurants. The service was outstanding and the owner and his sons were extremely attentive demonstrating a willingness to provide the customer with the best possible. My boys loved the breakfast! Merci! Liz

OK this is a fabulous find for Paris! Excellent staff/owner on site for your needs and questions. The artwork in the areas is so interesting to see. The breakfast and the food left out for the afternoon was delicious. The fridge was always stocked with drinks. We could bring in our own wine and enjoy. We loved the big modern bathroom and the room was so lovely. Perfect first place for Paris. And its right by the Eiffel Tower.
