賽斯巴黎查普斯埃利塞酒店(Hôtel de Sers Champs Elysées Paris)

One of the best hotel in Paris .. atmosphere and ambiance was super comfy .. all team was very kind and helpful .. our room was always clean.. and the hotel was so close to everywhere.. Concierge team and chef of concierge was amazing they arrenged everything for us we could find every restaurant and cafe’s reservations cos they did it for us .. we loved it so much that we will come back soon !

Hotel De sers, this is our second stay in the hotel. They have nice and spacious rooms, elegant and quite lobby, good food and breakfast and friendly staff. We will definitely stay again.

Hotel de Sers is perfectly situated, just a 7-min walk from the Champs-Élysées and around 13-min to the Eiffel Tower and Trocadéro Gardens. lots of restaurants and bars around. The room was stunning - sleek design, comfy bed, and plenty of space to relax. The bathroom is spacious. The front desk staff were also amazing and helpful.

Hôtel idéalement situé, à proximité de grands axes et de stations de métro/taxi. Accueil et service irréprochables avec un service Conciergerie Clef d’or exceptionnel. Literie excellente Chambre au calme et silencieuse

The rooms and public spaces are elegant, comfortable and well done. Our room was large by Paris standards with a really nice bathroom and good quality linen on the beds. But for a 5-star hotel, the service was very mediocre. The person at check-in made it clear we were bothering him, checked us in without speaking, walked us to the lift (without offering to help with bags) and that was it. No turn down service the first night. The next morning, the concierge said he'd book us a restaurant but he clearly forgot so by end of the day when we came back and asked about our reservation and he finally called, the restaurant was full and he said he didn't have any other suggestions in the area (!). Turn down service 2nd night was a carton of water. Service at breakfast was also disinterested and impersonal. If the service were at the level of the hotel infrastructure, I would go back, but it I think there are places to stay in Paris which make you feel much more welcome and taken care of.

Hotel d'Sers is an excellent place to spend a night or a week close to all the best attractions in Paris. Rooms are very well appointed with amenities, are very clean, and have comfortable beddings. The staff is very warm, and helpful and seem to go out of their way to make the guest feel welcome. The breakfast (included) is very nice.
