完全系詐騙 呢間酒店可以系差得冇得再差,令我懷疑究竟系如何得到三星酒店等級。酒店照片完全系照騙,千奇唔好被呃到。房間非常舊 地面跟十幾年冇清潔過一樣。廁所超細,企一個人都非常困難,坐下開大系需要縮住對腳。淋浴部分系漏水。沖完涼,成地都系水。廁所而且充滿潔廁精味道。 廁所竟然可以冇抽風。沖完涼成個廁所系水簾洞一樣。 廁所天花板發霉。 房間地下有死蜘蛛,第二日清潔完後發現蜘蛛仲系度。房間沒有任何隔音,所以走廊或者窗外聲音系可以聽得清清楚楚。被同枕頭系非常潮濕,非常不舒服。
仲未完 前台個白人男性接待系完全冇服務,不會打招呼 不會解釋任何事情,西口西面,好似客人系仇家甘,由頭到尾連一句boujour都冇聽過。 本身訂兩晚,最終完全無法接受,想要. 退一晚錢,第二日不住。當我地同平台溝通要退錢個時,呢位男性接待即刻敲房門叫你先比兩晚錢先,之後先可以叫平台安排退錢,結果一比完錢即刻改口叫我自己同平台溝通退錢,酒店無法安排。酒店方會故意不接平台電話拒絕溝通及安排退款。呢種行為同詐騙及無賴有咩分別? 第一次來巴黎玩就遇到呢種酒店及詐騙。睇翻google評論先知道原來呢間酒店唔系第一次甘樣呃客人,有好多類似的case都系甘樣投訴及已經系經常性甘樣做。由於第二日早上有行程我最終下午checkout 放棄一晚房費住其他酒店 我今次已經吃虧,希望不要有其他客人再受害。一定不要住呢間酒店!
This is a complete scam. This hotel couldn't be worse. I doubt it how it can be a three-star rating. The hotel photos are completely deceptive; don't be fooled. The room is extremely old, and the floor looks like it hasn't been cleaned in over a decade. The toilet is so small it's difficult to stand up, and you have to tuck your feet in to sit down. The shower leaks, leaving water all over the floor. The toilet also reeks of toilet cleaner. The toilet doesn't even have ventilation function, so after a shower, it feels like a water curtain. The toilet ceiling is moldy. There's a dead spider on the floor, and even after cleaning the next day, the spider was still there. The room has no soundproofing, so you can hear everything in the hallway or outside the window. The quilt and pillows are very damp and very uncomfortable.
The white male receptionist at the front desk was completely unhelpful. He wouldn't say hello or explain anything. He was completely rude, acting like he was my enemy. From beginning to end, I never heard a single word of "boujour."during my checkin. I booked two nights, but ultimately couldn't accept the situation and wanted a refund for one night, not staying the second. When I contacted the online booking service to request a refund, the male receptionist knocked on my door and told me to pay for the two nights first, then I could arrange a refund through the online booking service. However, once I'd paid, he immediately changed his stance and told me to contact the online booking service myself, saying they couldn't arrange a refund. The hotel also deliberately ignored calls from the online booking service and refused to discuss or arrange a refund. How is this behavior different from a scam and a rip-off? This was my first time in Paris, and I encountered this kind of hotel and scam. Looking through Google reviews, I realized this wasn't the first time customer have been treated this way; there were numerous similar complaints and this is a regular occurrence.Eventually l checkout on the second day afternoon becasue i have to continute my travel plan in the morning and I booked other hotel myself. no refund or any compensation from this hotel.I've already suffered a setback this time, and I hope no other guests will be the next victim. Never stay at this hotel!
