巴黎蒂納酒店 - 雷奧米爾蒙特格羅(Tinah Paris - Reaumur Montorgueil)

這不是一家酒店，而是通過代碼自助入住。該系統運行良好。我們得到了一個臨時密碼，這樣我們就可以進去，清潔工的女士存放了我們的行李。順便說一句，她很可愛。我們的房間很大，非常乾淨，現代，床和枕頭非常舒適，浴室很棒，花灑淋浴，水壓很好。免費洗浴用品。毛巾是五星級品質，又大又軟。早餐雖然簡單但是很新鮮。羊角麵包、法棍麵包、咖啡、奶酪、果醬。酸奶。房間每天清潔。周圍餐館很少。很棒的麵包店關閉。步行約7分鐘即可到達地鐵站。步行 3-4 英尺即可到達香榭麗舍大街，步行 10-15 英尺即可到達凱旋門。地理位置優越。我們喜歡住在這裡。唯一不好的是隔壁有一個很大的建築，我們的房間就在那邊。從一大早開始就有很多噪音。此外，我們的窗戶位於垃圾箱的頂部，而且是一大早就來接我們的。

我最近剛從巴黎度過了一個少女般的周末，我們住在蒂娜，我們度過了多麼愉快的時光！辦理入住手續非常簡單，抵達後您將收到進入大樓的密碼。由於 Tinah 不是一家最終要自己登記入住的酒店，所以當我們到達時，他們的一名工作人員幫我們放下行李，我們的房間從下午 2 點就準備好了，我們可以毫無問題地自行入住。我很驚訝地發現Tinah只有7個房間（我們住在4號房間供參考）。我們的房間很緊湊，但是很舒適而且很乾淨！床很舒服，房間裡的暖氣/空調運轉良好，我們還有一扇漂亮的窗戶，可以俯瞰街道，窗戶打開很漂亮（風景如畫）。瀑布淋浴非常完美。客房服務每天都提供乾淨的毛巾，房間保持得一塵不染。我們的電視上甚至還可以觀看 Netflix 節目，這太棒了！所有房間均由公共餐桌/休息區相連，每天早晨這里為客人提供歐陸式早餐。佈置早餐的管家很可愛！住在城市裡，位置優越，距離任何地方都不遠，有許多餐廳/酒吧、商店和超市，距離蒂娜步行 30 秒以內。我強烈推薦並且將來還會再來。

De medewerking van dit hotel is alles behalve goed!Ik raad ten zeerste aan NIET te boeken bij dit hotel aangezien ze totaal geen begrip tonen voor een anullering wegens staking en rellen in Paris.Zelf geen kleine vergoeding of tegemoetkoming.Integendeel we geven andere datums door en hun kiezen de duurste eruit dat je nog eens 200€ moet opleggen op de al vrij prijzige prijs die we al betaald hebben.Als u hen over hun gedrag aanspreekt verwijzen ze u door naar u reisagent terwijl ze heel.goed weten dat dit geboekt is online.We hebben er al eens één nacht verbleven en was ook zeer ondermaats de foto's zijn een vals beeld van de realiteit.Het is zeer rumoerig op de gang aangezien daar het ontbijt wordt gemaakt en ook geserveerd op de kamer.Als je een opmerking maakt over het nogal overdreven lawaai om 6u in de ochtend krijg je als antwoord,er liggen oordoppen op de kamer.Waarom weer geboekt?Wel enkel voor de ligging naast het werk maar dan liever 10 km van het werk dan zo op een onprofessionele manier behandeld te worden

Booked a refundable room and cancelled it weeks it in advance. My money was not returned after i called, contacted them via mail and whatsapp, the only response was that they will forward it to the manager. I canceled mid June and now it’s beginning of August, my money still not returned and the manager has yet still to respond or give me any information. I travel a lot and have never experienced anything like that in my life, this is a disgrace. One can only winder how the service level at this hotel is.

We stayed here in March. Tinah feels like a hostel. It is a great location for exploring Paris and the views from the hotel are very nice. The main issue however was that the had a power cut- we ended up with no electricity from the early hours one day- we we were unable to power phones, dry hair, use the lights, and so on. I was told it was the whole block that was effected so we couldn’t even use a power socket elsewhere in the property. The hotel couldn’t fix it and had to move us other accommodation for the last night of our stay. They said they would refund us for the night we had no electricity, but 3 months down the line and I am still waiting for this. The issue ruined a whole day of our 3 day trip as they couldn’t tell us if the power would be back on until late in the day and we had to travel back early to move and finally wash/dry hair, etc. The service and customer relations have not been at all good here.

Mon mari et moi même avons passé une nuit à Paris, et nous sommes restés à l’hôtel Tinah Paris des champs Élysées. Une expérience inoubliable, un staff très accueillant et soucieux de nos besoins (Swanne, super souriante et à notre écoute), une décoration super tendance et une literie de rêve ! Nous recommandons cet hôtel à 100%

The hotel is super modern and technological, because there is no reception and everything works by code. The hotel is very well located, the rooms are incredible, clean and follow the hotel's technological proposal. The breakfast is very good and well served. I highly recommend it!

We arrived at the non-hotel and were surprised by the lack of signage. This is not a hotel, it's bunch of rooms on the fourth floor of a commercial building with no one to greet/hep you. Needless to say we were surprised. The rooms are okay, but nothing like the photos shown.

Had an absolutely amazing time at 'Tinah'. The staff were super friendly, the room was small but perfect and the breakfast was ample. We loved how small and quiet the hotel was, with fab views. The location is great, with a metro, supermarket and so many restaurants right on the door step. We can't wait to come back! Thank you team Tinah for an amazing stay!
