Very rude receptionist named LYES. I was talking to the girl receptionist named Leana but he interrupted us and raise his voice with me. Very unprofessional. The management should FIRE him. And train more Leana becoz shes an effective receptionist but the other guy NO, he should not be there in the first place bcoz he dont know the real meaning of FRONTLINER and CUSTOMER SERVICE. A frontliner should be nice becoz they are the face of the hotel they represent the hotel. Having a bad teceptionist will ruin the reputation of the hotel. Ive been a traveler since 2008 but I never experiences such trea**ent. This is the first time ever. I was an ex-receptionist in 5* hotel but we dont treat our guest like how he treated us. Like what in our training before says “Customer is not always right but they have a right to be treated right”. The hotel MUST train their frontliner bcoz they are RUDE af.

酒店並不近Venezia Santa Lucia火車站，需要搭1號線船到S.Angelo，再行5分鐘，但酒店的位置還是近主要景點的。
酒店是細規模經營，我今次的房間在第一層，每層有兩間房。房間的裝修挺有特色，窗戶對著的是後卷，但整體滿意。
特別要稱讚接待我們的前台員工，他非常有禮貌。
另外，覺得在威尼斯搭船挺貴的，單程75分鐘的船票就要9.5歐，建議買日票
還有再下雨/潮漲的季節，穿對防水鞋。

非常不好，歧視華人，給了最差的沒有陽台沒有街景甚至沒有陽光狹窄的雙人房，推開窗是黑暗的與隔壁房子貼在一起的那些縫隙。建議大家都不要接受01尾號的房間，以及吵鬧的107。去前台協調房間的時候，説滿房了，沒得調了，結果傍晚出去吃晚飯的時候就看到隔壁一位外國旅客拖着行李箱剛入住了有陽台有采光的房間…以及熱水非常不夠，十點前千萬記得洗完澡，如果像我一樣去看完塞納河畔夜景再回來，晚上十二點洗澡的話，他們熱水就會用完，找前台也沒有用，他會説熱水要等第二天技術人員過來修，還説不是沒有熱水，這個水温我能洗，衹是emmm你不能接受，屁話，就是熱水用完了，半冷不熱的，洗個臉卸個防曬都打顫，出去逛了一天啊，回來還不能洗澡。第二天起了個大早，七點起來洗澡，才有了正常的熱水。因為住了兩天，第二天發現沒有新的飲用水，再次電話前台，答覆説他們沒有飲用水了，可以自己下樓販賣機買，我真是氣笑了，也不是要求你多給我，一天提供兩支水，這可是白紙黑字寫清楚的啊。真的強烈建議，千萬不要訂這個酒店，低分都是有原因的，都怪自己不信邪，覺得這裏離景點近一些，完全沒有，還是要打車，算上打車費，真的，姐妹們，去訂一個更近景點的吧。

Впечетление, обслужижание - отличное. Объект в хорошом состоянии,.Завтрак однообразный, но по меркам парижских завтраков-хороший.
один минус-в душевой кабине, водоотводная труба работает слабо чем вливаается вода из душа.
Было би хорошо если в камнатах были установлены холодильники.

El hotel está bastante bien ubicado. Limpio y bastante cómodo. Solo estuvimos para dormir pero no es pequeño como los comentarios que se escuchan a menudo. Baño con instalaciones nuevas y cómodo. La limpieza muy bien!!!. La gente de recepción muy amable.
