弗羅紹歌劇院酒店(Sonder le Frochot)

Sonder has done a beautiful & good marketing for their chain of hotels around the world, but they have unfortunately only worked on the images, not that much of the hotels themselves. Or maybe just the Paris one is lacking. A line of things that were considering: - Not what it looks on beautiful pictures- our hotel room was exactly the same one that showed on images, but the photographs look so much better than it actually does. - Our bathroom door fell off in the middle of the night, making our hearts pop off our chests from the scare - Our bathroom light kept blinking and we constantly thought that we are on a disco bar. - AC is just not working. It's either too hot (and I mean sauna hot) or too cold (i mean as cold as a room can be in end of November without heating) - The room stinks like old pipes. And when the AC is on it smells like warm smelly pipes. The AC screen says its time to clean the filter so maybe it's that, but regardless- the room is stinkydi stink. Clean- but stinky. Had to go and buy scented candles to ease it. Will I stay again? No. Kinda want my money back actually.

Stay was an absolute joy! The staff's warmth and professionalism made it an exceptional experience. The hotel's location was perfect, providing easy access to Paris's vibrant attractions. The vintage design added a charming and nostalgic touch, making the stay feel cozy and inviting. Overall, it was a memorable and fantastic experience that I'd highly recommend to anyone visiting Paris.

Vi hadde en fantastisk tur og hotellet var helt ypperlig for vårt formål. Anbefales virkelig for ungt par på tur til Paris. Nærområde var veldig koselig og masse fine skjulte perler av restauranter og vinbarer! Anbefaler absolutt å bo i dette område og vi kommer til å bestille her igjen!

La chambre et l'hôtel mériteraient des travaux, c'est extrêmement bruyant mais le gros problème reste le ménage qui n'a jamais été fait en 6 jours, j'ai fini par demander, on m'a expliqué qu'il fallait pour celà payer 30 euros supplémentaires, la bonne blague !

Horrible experience. Carpet durty, room cards never worked - always had to go down to reset, room dirty, no change of towels, room cleaning is extra (??), bed very poor. Dont go there. It says 3 stars…..more a 1 star

Shockingly bad. You have to check in online while standing at reception despite a receptionist being there. You have to pay fir your room to be cleaned and fresh towels but the cost if your room is the same as other 3 star hotels in the same area. Our air con was broken and despite telling staff they didn’t fix it even though we were there the 3 nights. The street is great for bars but extremely noisy all night and the hotel rooms are very hot so you need the window open. The shower screen is too short for the bath/shower so every day the water flooded the bathroom. The bed is really comfortable. The only positive thing about this awful hotel which should be rated 2 star.

I won’t come back and can’t recommend this hotel. Very noisy street. The curtain in the window was missing and the light was getting into the room. Impossible to sleep. The following night they moved us to other much smaller room. No fair compensation received, Sonder says the room is having the same size but believe me it’s not. I should have gone to my regular hotel. I’m sorry but I won’t come back to a Sonder hotel.

I booked a weekend and was disappointed. The hotel is very small and the rooms are dirty. The walls in the room as well as the bathroom has dirt on it. There were som hair om the walls in the bathroom from an earlier guest. Its nasty and the toilet was nasty too. Just outside the hotel are som night clubs/bars and you get disturbed until 3-4 am even if the window is closed. The only positive thing I have to say is the the staff in the reception are polite.

Property was a great stay for the few days I was in Paris, very close to convenience stores as well as public transportation. Very well situated.
