1er艾特吉馬萊斯酒店(1er Etage Marais)

l'escalier d'entré est déplorable - aucun siège sur lequel ont est a l'aise, ni pour manger ni pour travailler. Les viennoiseries sont médiocres. La chambre est spacieuse mais la douche n'est pas fixée et le rideau ne se ferme pas. Le numéro de téléphone ne prend pas de messages. Il n'y pas d'aide pour monter un bagage. Trop de codes. La personne qui s'occupe de la chambre et du petit-dejeuner est charmante. Le petit carnet n'est pas up-to-date du tout. Une armoire dont l'intérieur serait paint en couleur claire pourrait être plus pratique. La chambre est tres propre et le lit comfortable.

Super séjour au 1er Étage Marais! Petite chambre sympathique avec une décoration soignée et une literie confortable. Petit déjeuner copieux servi à tous les matins dans le hall. Je recommande fortement pour un séjour à Paris. Emplacement super bien situé, à distance de marche de l’Ile de la Cité, du Louvre, etc.

Could you imagine that: small Hotel (4 rooms) in the heart of Marais, easy check-in and check-out, being treated like a friend, tastefully and newly equipped, quiet(!) room, even spacious for Paris standards. Nice breakfast. What else could you ask for?

Clean room, excellent communication to make for a smooth check in experience. Top notch location convenient to restaurants and the metro. Breakfast was very good (almost too much food). Room itself was well cared for but the building is old and it does show its age a bit. Lastly, there was a strange sewage odor that kept appearing and then disappearing just outside our room as well as inside. We slept with the window cracked to manage it.

I was with a group of friends for a 50th birthday celebration. Our party rented all 5 rooms. The common area was great to meet for breakfast, make plans for the day and enjoy wine together. Our attendant was pleasant and took great care of us! She also made wonderful coffee! The rooms were comfortable and the location can't be beat!

Love this spot. This is an unassuming little hideaway right in the middle of the Marais. There are 5 rooms, and a cozy little lobby where breakfast is served shared by all the rooms. My group rented all the rooms and were able to make it our little shared home. The lovely staff was very helpful. The rooms are each unique, some with a window to the light well, and 2 onto the street. I look forward to returning, hopefully soon!

This lovely B&B had everything we could ask for! The location was excellent, rooms were clean, and service was great! Continental breakfast was delicious! We would definitely stay again. Above all, the location was second to none. We walked everywhere and the neighborhood was charming.

Idéalement situé en plein cœur du marais, ce lieu cosy et intime vous accueillera pour un séjour agréable. L’accueil y est sympathique et chaleureux. Un petit plan des sorties à faire et des adresses sympa sera déposé sur votre lit, l’insonorisation est au top et l’es attention toujours agréables. N’hésitez pas, optez pour un petit cocon proche de tout.

Wonderful boutique hotel. Everything was perfect. The service, cleaning, very good and tasty breakfast. Everything so aesthetic. Perfect location and beautiful area. Thank you so much for a wonderful staying.
