蒂爾堡鎮酒店(Hotel Bourg Tibourg)

Beautiful hotel under whelming staff accused me of not writing an email specific enough when my son of 18 and myself arrive after traveling from Los Angeles to have the beds separated. They said will do it in the morning and I said I’m not sleeping with my 18-year-old son in the same bed And they made me feel like I had done something wrong. In addition, the maid came late the next day we had to wait after walking through Paris eight hours down the street in a café, while the maids finish cleaning our room. The rooms are extremely small. The staff is unresponsive , the rooms are noisy and the information from the front desk about restaurants and distances to services was wrong. Several times I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone looking for a unique experience with service. They are lacking on all levels and they even said you should have told the desk person in the morning to have the maids come when I had told them the night before that I take my mornings early and I come back in the afternoon There are a lot more options. Don’t let the decorations for you. Take your money elsewhere.

Chambres microscopiques : lit 4 M2 + espace chaque côté du lit 3 fois 1 M2= 3 M2, soit un total de 7 à 8 M2, Plus salle de bain, 4 M2 12 M2 pour les deux ! Surface affichée 16 M2. Et pour arranger le tout : service chambre pas effectuée ! Pour couronner la situation : changement de chambre dans une chambre un peu plus grande : mais surcoût chargé !

Nice hotel but my wife was robbed of a very expensive Tiffany ring. Thieves (staff?) entered our room when we were out to dinner, rifled through our belongings and stole the ring. Management was less than helpful and seemed used to it. It's possible the front desk handed out our key to the thief, but most likely this was staff. Very sad.

Mon séjour au Bourg Tibourg fut l’un des meilleurs séjours que j’ai passé sur Paris. L’hôtel est feutré ce qui lui donne une ambiance intimiste. Le personnel de la réception est à l’écoute. La chambre est spacieuse pour un hôtel dans le Marais. Mention spéciale aux femmes de chambres qui ont été très souriantes et attentives aux besoins envers mon mari et moi durant tout notre séjour. Nous reviendrons très prochainement.

Location can’t be beat. It’s so convenient, and the nearby square is lively while small and not too loud. I was pleasantly surprised by the room size (Deluxe room) - not large by any means, but good for Paris. We were comfortable. The hotel is clean, cozy and stylish. Our room’s tiny balcony had a super charming view. A bit of a splurge, but it’s Paris! I would stay here again.

Unbelievable experience from start to finish . My wife and I stayed 7 nights at this hotel after personally inspecting it last September when we were here . The staffs are unbelievably good at what they are doing and so friendly and courteous. The romantic courtyard is a lovely space where all your troubles will disappear ! The room is on the small side ( but hey it’s Le Marais ) . The aircon is sooo quiet, powerful and temperature control is accurate. Beds are very comfortable . Oh the aesthetics is to die for ! Position is smack in the middle of Le Marais yet in a quiet street . We will be back . Just go ahead and book your room !! Note : Our room is a classic room with shower is in the bath tub, with excellent water pressure and taps control . But stepping up into the bathtub/shower and it’s width/height could be difficult for some larger/taller/movement-compromised guest. We are 60 years old and 170cm height and it’s ok with us

Great location in Paris. Lovely neighborhood. Great places to eat near by, and easy access to all the main attractions in Paris by bus or metro. The hotel is great, and the service, and people working there even better. Highly recommended. My only recommendation is that the bathtubs in the bathroom ( at least in my room) are quite high and not easily accesible for a person with mobility issues.

Monsieur très gentil à la réception. Mais la fille avec des chaussures bizarres à la réception est assez froide et hautaine. Je ne reviendrais pas à cause d’elle alors que j’aime bien cet hôtel vraiment cosy.
