肯辛頓埃菲爾酒店(Hotel Eiffel Kensington)

Soggiornato due volte , per brevi periodi può andare bene, vista la vicinanza alla torre. Confermo i commenti già espressi da altri viaggiatori, le stanze sono estremamente piccole, i bagni un po spartani e la struttura è un po vecchia. Non abbiamo fruito della colazione e non posso esprimermi, mentre sul personale niente da obiettare, gentili e premurosi. In conclusione lo consiglio se si intende muoversi a piedi e soggiornare max 2/3 notti.

Avons dormis 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. La poubelle de notre chambre était pleine dés notre arrivée. Il ne fallait pas trop regarder les poussières sur la tête de lit et autres ... non plus. On peut se poser la question du ménage fait ? L'interrupteur de la chambre et la barre de rideaux étaient scotchés en guise de réparation...Dangereux !!! Peu d'effort d'entretien!! Le local bagagerie quand vous libérez votre chambre, sert aux poubelles. Le petit déjeuner est correct.

Horrible experience, Sharaf i believe was his name, on my request said that he is too busy to do it right now and will look it up once he is free???? the most rude answer i have ever received in my all hotels` visits . Stuff should be trained better to catch up with a standards of customer service

Although, the Eiffel Tower was less than a ten min walk, the hotel is not worth the stay. I booked this place for the price value and the convenience. The room I was given was small enough for a solo traveler, but thats about it. The bed was the worst part of it all. Seems like the mattress was old due to the huge indent in the middle, not to mention it was hard as rock. My door that lead to the hallway was paper thin since I heard someone throwing up all morning when I woke up the next day. After my checkout, the girl at the front assured me my refund for my deposit would be put back into my account. I called the hotel three weeks later to tell them I had not received such a thing. I was told to call my bank and was hung up on. For a place as international as Paris, I would hope the service would be top notch and professional. In the end, I had to call my bank and they were able to give me back the deposit of more than $100 for a hotel that was more like a cheap motel.

I believed I had done due diligence on the Covid 19 regulations before booking air and hotels. The day before my departure to Paris I noticed the requirement to apply for the French Health Pass 3 weeks in advance. I'm fully vaccinated and thought that was all that was needed was my vaccine card. I was packed and ready for the next day's departure. I was in disbelief, that I missed the 2 sentences at the bottom of the USA Consulate Advisory on France. I had booked a non-refundable room with Hotel Eiffel Kensington and immediately contacted them by email detailing what happened requesting a credit for a near future stay. They declined my plea and it looks like I lost 374.78 Euros. I take responsibility for my not catching the French Health Pass detail, but to refuse me a credit for a future stay is heartless on the part of Hotel Eiffel Kensington. I do not recommend them, and when I do receive the French Health Pass, I will not stay at their property.

Les écoulements sont bouchés donc délai important pour évacuation de l eau douche et lavabo,manque poignée au placard,odeur de moisi dans la salle de bain minuscule,presque inutilisable du fait de petitesse,aération dans la douche sans grille donc vision sur la poussière accumulée et risque de nous tomber dessus pendant la douche,cuvette des wc qui bouge.,présence de cheveux sur les parois de la douche .TOut ceci dans une chambre vétuste sans vue sauf une promiscuité avec d autres immeubles et un toit couvert de mégots de cigarettes
