Excellent hotel in Deer Valley. 5-10 min from Main Street in Park City. They gave a free shuttle to go around nearby . They have s’mores and a champagne toast every day . Rooms are nice especially slope views. Staff is very nice. They have a great apri ski bar outside .

What a fabulous place!! Really pretty with great view of Deer Valley. We went there for the sabering of the champagne. It takes place at 6:30 every evening. Interesting story. But they no longer offer a free glass of champagne after they saber the bottle. Drinks and food were good but a bit pricey. Not a place for kiddos.

My husband and I just completed a 5 night stay at the St Regis DV and had an exceptional time. The service, property, and location are all out of this world. Our Marriott Titanium status was acknowledged and appreciated throughout our stay by means of a room upgrade, breakfast credit at Rime, and a number of other gestures of appreciation. Special thanks to Amanda (Butler), Silvenia (front desk), all the shuttle drivers, and so many more folks who made our stay truly one to remember. The resort is about a 5-7 minute shuttle ride to Park City (Main St) where there are many wonderful restaurants and shops. One of the highlights during our stay was hiring All Seasons to take us fly fishing and rafting (ask for Chris F. if you go fishing!). With regard to transportation, we did not rent a car, and it worked fine to take an UberXL from the SLC airport to the resort (dropped us at Upper resort), but we opted for a private ride via Snow Country Limo back to the airport - the resort helped us arrange that. If you end up with a suite/butler service, the French press coffee in the morning is delightful (or the hot cocoa)! It can be scheduled in advance. The new-ish italian restaurant in the lower resort (La Stellina) was tasty - the pasta was very fresh. We can’t wait to return, thank you St Regis for making our stay incredible!

We celebrated our 32nd wedding anniversary here & everything was just perfect! We made s'mores in the afternoon while listening to wonderful dual pianists. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The biggest impression we had was the attentiveness of all the employees, from valet, to checkin, to dinner & breakfast servers. They even provide a free guided hike through the mountains, evening & morning. Loved the experience!

Nicked and Dimed for everything, on top of a resort fee. Completely outdated and nice but very unfriendly people. Not one person asked us how things are, greeted us or how our stay was. Waaaaaayyyy overpriced and really is a St Regis by name only - I would suggest even the Holiday Inn - much friendlier and better service. Asked to speak to someone at reception desk, but no one ever followed up.

We had drinks at the St. Regis Bar on a Tuesday afternoon. Ride the Funicular to the 3rd level and enjoy the views of Deer Valley while sitting in front of a large fire pit. Excellent charcuterie board. A few glasses of wine and a trip back down the funicular finished the afternoon. There is some construction near the valet parking.

The service at this property does not at all match the price point. Certainly not what you would expect for such an expensive hotel. When we arrived, we had no idea how to get to the check in desk, and the Valet was of 0 help. I asked him if I should check in through the doors by him, he said yes. I go through those doors, no one in sight. I go back out, and he then proceeds to tell me I have to take the funicular up to the main resort on top of the mountain. Ummm, okay why didn't he explain that in the first place? At the pool, there is no signage to explain where the restrooms are. At the champagne tasting at 5:30, we arrived a few min late, and they didn't have any sparkling cider left as we do no drink. When we asked, they said sorry we ran out. They could run back and get more, but nope. The Spa was closed due to a "leak." The make you pay $50/night for parking, which is ridiculous. The body wash was completely empty in the poolside bathroom, so I had to use the shampoo. The lotion dispenser wasn't working properly, so I had to unscrew the lid to use it. It also wasn't labeled lotion vs soap. Barely any vegan options at the restaurants, we went offsite to eat dinner. The hot water for the morning coffee/tea was lukewarm. The place looks nice and nice location to Skiing, but the pricepoint does not at all reflect the service. I get these are small things, but don't charge thousands/night if you can't offer exceptional 5 star service and fix the little things.

1. Elevator entry/exit smelled like sewage on every floor 2. We got food sickness from expensive Easter Brunch. 3. Our room was not cleaned until 4pm and then by a worker that was sick and coughing all over our room - we left and asked for another room - only option they offered was a non view room or to have it re-cleaned which they did 4. No poolside beverage or food service 5. Spa had leak and entry was a mold remediation area 6. It felt like WORK not vacation bc everything needed an App
