Hotel was really really clean! I arrived almost 10 hours late so I went to check in and was told all rooms are booked! It was Memorial Day weekend and a lot of people came into town. I pre paid so I felt cheated. Turns out my hotel key and paperwork were already there when I gave her my name. She had made sure our room was available and handed me the key with no issues. Best service ever! I have had overbooked rooms that I reserved through an app before leave me stranded. This was great for me as it would have been a huge inconvenience since it was 5am

The deadbolt on my door was broken and the door stuck to the wall so I had to throw my body into it to even get into my own room. The chair in my room had a staple sticking out of it that i almost sat on (i wish i had so i could get some money out of this). there was a dog barking between 230-345 am so i did not sleep at all and no one did anything about it. the staff wasnt rude but also wasnt nice- it was genuinely a horrible experience and i would never do it again

This would be a good hotel if the price were $25. Entering the lobby, the smell of week old curry hit, and stung the nostrils. The elevator smelled of a terrible concoction of ****, curry and burnt waffles, and the smell never went away. The room needed a lot of work, the shower rod was falling down, the tub had mold on it, the window didn't shut fully, the comforter had a big stain on it, and the smell was just awful. Do Not Stay Here, unless there is no other choice!

Where to start? Terrible 'free hot breakfast', all there was were a few small yogurts, a few slices of bread, and the typical waffle maker. The breakfast area had one table and four chairs. Bed box spring was broken and sagging to the floor. Sheets ancient and thin and worn, one sheet had a hole. Fourth floor smelled like burnt coffee for 3 days. Had to ask several times to get clean towels. Terrible hotel, expected much nicer considering the cost. Don't stay there! There are other choices in the area; wish we had picked different hotel.

Uptown arrival there was an instant dirty smell. I waited patiently to check in while the manager texted on his phone for about 5 minutes and although that's not a very long time it was rude. Finally, young lady checked me in and I had to wait about 20 minutes to get into the room which I was already past the checking time. Once I made my way to my room there were two ladies in the hallway with their cleaning carts I said excuse me neither one moves so I inched my way through anyway as I got into my room my comforter had a torn top and there were chocolate or some sort of dark substance on the front of the refrigerator. I had already had a negative 5 when I walked in so at that point I exited the door and checked back out within 10 minutes of checking in. Although I did know that I would not get a refund and I was sad about that I was not going to stay in somewhere that was so disgusting there were people literally sitting on the floor in the hallway with baby car seats and it was more of a long-term hotel stay than it was a place to rest your head. Very very disappointing.

Old milk left in refrigerator, wet towels in the closet, leaking commode, rust stains in bathtub covered by rubber mat which stayed wet, holes in the wall in bathroom, unable to control temp in room. I will never stay there again.

Unhappy with the cleanliness of the room. The microwave was filthy on the inside. Crumbs and dried up good was all in it. The tub was filthy! The closet door was broken and the burner on the stove was torn up! The desk chair cushion was sunken in! Just overall unpleased with this establishment!

The place smelled like burned syrup and it was at night no waffles were made. The place was falling apart fridge appeared to be kicked in and bathroom tile falling with mold in shower.
