服務在優秀的接待處,在早餐的自助餐不太好,我們問的那個女孩,如果能幫我們做點,我們會看着,當我們告訴她,在自助餐廳裏沒有熱奶來喝咖啡我也非常認真地看着我們,他回答了我們,但那位女孩和男孩卻非常好。房間裏的清不太好,地面上有沒有的,而且桌子燈光上有大量的灰。位置很棒,酒店很漂亮。

優點－靠近公園，晚上可以去吃飯。 早餐很不錯，如果早上 8 點去的話也不會很忙。預計要排隊否則 缺點 - 我們玩了***，但他們甚至沒有告訴我們我們住在哪家酒店。我們最後只是去了埃爾帕索，發現我們本來應該住在那裡。 他們也未能發送我們的房間號碼，然後在向接待處提供我們皮卡的詳細信息後，保安拒絕進入，因為他們沒有發送。 泳池邊的躺椅真的很不舒服。衛生紙比我們接下來住的二星預算還要差，而且有些本應提供的盥洗用品是空的。 我不會把這家酒店列為四星級酒店，而且我們甚至沒有在旺季來過，所以上面的一些內容並不是我所期望的。

我們對我們在Best Da Vinci酒店住宿並不完全滿意,我預訂時附有早餐每人7.7歐元的信息。當我們到達前台辦理入住時,前台接待員說是每人每天12歐元,她告訴我們這是價格,即使我展示了我的預訂細節有關早餐費用。她說她會和她的經理談早餐價格,但沒有人回來給我們這個問題。我們不得不每人每天支付12歐元的早餐。入住的第二天,他們沒有提供房間清潔,我們要求換毛巾換,他們給了新的毛巾。酒店位置離海灘很近,娛樂也不錯。我們很欣賞這2件事,在我們逗留期間。

Très bon hôtel, propre. Recommande +++. Chambre pas faite pendant 3jours seule petit soucis (compréhensible vu le nombre de chambre dans l’hôtel) très satisfaisant tout de même. Petit dej copieux. Reste une bonne expérience.

On arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.  Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.  The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week. Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.  If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children). All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned.

Todo correcto. El hotel bastante sencillo. Las habitaciones justitas para un 4 estrellas. Es cierto que estás en el parque prácticamente. La entrada y llegada a la recepción un poco lenta. Grandes grupos que dificultan el check in y únicamente 2 personas en recepción. El acceso al parking estrecho y poco señalizado. El coste es de 18€ la noche, algo excesivo, pero las plazas son amplias

Отель наиотличнейший. Хорошо, что мы его выбрали. Отличное местоположение, все чисто и аккуратно, еда исключительная. Огромное спасибо поварам!

Good location near many restaurants and the beach. Room was comfortable.
